so one day on my way there, i had brought my tiny little Argus camera in my pocket til i saw these low hanging electrical wires with these pigeons staring at me. remarkable how low hanging and near to my head they were. i was waiting for them to maybe poop on me or something. but they didnt so i took their photo, hehe.  it was a pretty neat photo of birds on a wire.

some while ago i had decided to play around with space and movement along with color manipulation by placing objects in the background with a far out of focus enough to create a painted capture similar to a painted canvas. 

utilizing a few close up filter lens by combining  +1+2+3, the subject was enhanced to great detail and with some intense out of focus within centimeters of the area of focus making this capture slightly visually confusing.

It’s a multiple exposure of running water from a kitchen faucet. The stream’s gravity pulling at opposite directions. the fun part was enhancing the color and tones for mood.  Some big specific solid colored objects were placed in the background in order to paint the exposure all throughout by affecting the subject directly causing a reaction of light transfer. the running water worked very well as a filter of light where it warped the colors in a very neat way. red and blue colored treated water were placed at distance in order to create the exposure this way.

now the funny part was that, a few years ago, at the time of posting this, tumblr seemed to love this photo for it was vague enough that it was tagged with “landscape” and it just went all over the place. maybe i’m a real nerd but it was pretty damn funny to me. i was excited to see that some bloggers liked the image itself for whatever it seemed but also that folks out there took the visual information as something quite the opposite. I guess it’s that old thing about the Rorschach and art thing. kinda neat, huh?

The image was a failed juvenile attempt and commentary on contemporary findings of gravity between dark matter and dark energy.
