little Burg Eltz study from the other day

got a few requests for an update on this ongoing project. 8.5x11 spiral book i’m filling up (pretty much literally). i’ve taken to doing themed ‘stream of conciousness’ styled sketchbook pages (i blame surrealism studies) – this one is hair; arguably one of my favourite things to draw nowadays. so far i’ve only used pencil for about 5% of what’s here. I was shooting for ink only, but the more i fill the page, the more i need the flexibility. hybrid technicas 03+05 x white gel

my two working filled pages are pretty far apart in the book and one’s upside down but you get the idea. the more i fill a page they get harder to weave together, but by thunder i’m going to figure it out. having SO much fun with these.
