your company provides you form filling data in jpg or jpeg images.
This is the jpg image, in this jpg image contains form filling data with record numbers.
you can not able to extract the data from the jpg image.
we use conversion software to extract the jpg image data into excel.
In this excel we arrange all the jpg image data as column-wise and row-wise with the image names and record numbers.
With the image names and record numbers, you can easily identify which image and which record you want to auto-type into your company-given software.
Auto Typing Process
Open our Auto Typer Software, and open your company-provided software or application.
Upload an image in your company-provided application, which you need to type the data.
Arrange the image properly.
Manual typing is difficult to type the form filling data into client-provided software. You will not get the time for proofread or QC checking.
Now click the select excel button in Auto Typer and upload the converted excel.
On the right side of Auto Typer, record numbers will come.
Check for proper arrangement in record numbers.
Select which record you need to auto typing.
In the Select Excel button downside, there is a Speed Adjustment option is there.
In this Speed Adjustment option, you can able to adjust typing speed of the auto typer.
if you want high-speed typing, you have to put 100 words per minute.
if you want medium-speed typing, you have to put 45 words per minute.
if you want low-speed typing, you have to put 25 to 30 words per minute.
Now it's time to auto typing process,
press the start typing button, and place the cursor in the client-provided software first column.
Auto Typer automatically types all the excel data into the client-provided application.
After auto typing completes, check for conversion errors or conversion mistakes, and do the correction. Now save to record or form in client-provided software.

One Important Note: while auto typing is running with Auto Typer Software, please don't touch your computer keyboard and mouse. if you press anything typing focus will go outside of client software and auto typing will be interrupted.
