My writing related reading at the moment: Still Writing - The Perils and Pleasures of a Creative Life by Dani Shapiro. And now, reason 2 why I am getting a slow start on #preptober : I told myself that I wasn't going to start a NEW #nanoproject until I could get myself to finish a previous #nanonovel . (Don't know about you, but my projects seem to get derailed by the holidays and I don't get back to them. I wanted to change that.) I am now nearing my #100kwords goal and looking forward to starting #nanoprep soon. 📝📃📎📖📓

One of the reasons I am starting my first #preptober a bit late - I am #betareading📚 and commenting on a friend's historical fiction. This is the first novel I have been a #betareader for and it's a learning experience. #amreading #amediting☕

Getting a late start on #preptober by setting up a binder with @nataliaaleigh 's #preptoberworkbook . My printer 🖨 had a bit of a color 🎨 malfunction, so I decided to make the best of it (while not wasting paper 📃) and spruce it up with Washi tape and some stickers. ☺ Looking forward to seeing the story ideas this helps me plan out. 📝✍📖#amwriting #writerlife
