Soooo sleep-deprived, unhinged Copia and Perpetua driving around the city at night in their ambulance and seeing ghosts anyone? Copia would have worked the night shift for a longer amount of time than Perpetua, so that's an in-universe explanation as to why he looks older than his twin. Perpetua would have joined him later (perhaps after getting out of the Catholic clergy and deciding to study medicine as an adult?). They have no reason for not getting along here except for the work's occasional tension, so yeah the alcoholic chain-smoking manic paramedics are actually a comfort AU lmao trust me.
