i hate you all

we’re all chilling laughing and just having so much fun and my friend had my phone and said “your boyfriend texted you” i take my phone to see what it is, and he says “hey august, I’ve been thinking it recently and I don’t think I’m in the right headspace for a relationship” by the way he worded the message i immediately thought it had to be a fucking joke surely he wasn’t serious about it, i immediately call him and he’s serious about it, i go to a quiet spot begging for more of an explanation and he just doesn’t have a lot to say and said hes not doing great, i express that im upset to lose him as a partner and im fucking mortified by the fact that he chose to send this while i was out of the house, and he knew i wasnt home either.

at some point in the call he tells me he has to go, i just tell him to fuck off, i come back to my friends in an awful state and tell them i just want to get on my bus home, they walk me to my bus stop and do their best to calm me down and comfort me. one of my friends is friends with my now ex boyfriend and said it was shitty of him to do that while we were all out.

i get my bus home and my friends meet me straight afterwards to help me out, i went and got a bottle of vodka and some cordial to water it down and i just drink the anger out and enjoy my time, while im drunk i decide i need to call him and talk things through clearly, so we did call and i told him i was drunk, but afterwards we had a very long conversation about what happened and what will happen between us, were still friends but keeping our distance and we talked things through, apologised to each other and ended on bittersweet terms.

i’m still mortified though and pissed he did it when i wad out LOLLL !!!!
