About a month ago, @audioquinn posted a link to their itch.io page for a game called Communication Delay (this link) and I was like "oh! I make podcasts, and this game is particularly suited for making a low effort Actual Play out of. So I said in the same channel "if anybody wants to play this, hit me up" expecting maybe a single person.

I got eight.

So now it was a real project. I stepped back from playing and dubbed myself producer. People started to pair up and come up with ideas and send me audio and now the first week of episodes is out and you can listen right now and, y'all, they're so good.
