if YOU die because I poisoned you...how is that MY fault like I'm sorry you aren't immune to my poisons I think that's genuinely something you need to work on. Fix yourself before blaming others.
Ah, le donne... sempre impareggiabili!!!
Ah, women ... always unmatched !!!
Me: I could never walk willingly into a faery circle. That’s the kind of thing I most definitely, never in my life, would do. That’s so stupid. Same idiot level as a horny, horror movie character.
Fae: darling.
Me: As I was saying, I would 100% step into a faery circle with no hesitation what so ever.

some lyrics slightly modified. change gendered language to your needs. ♡
“ people say crazy things. ” “ everybody here is watching you. ” “ let me stay here for just one more night. ” “ if you’re gonna let me down, let me down gently. ” “ where you go, i go. ” “ why don’t you remember? ” “ i want you to love me. ” “ you know my heart more than i do. ” “ you’re gonna wish you never met me. ” “ i’ve made up my mind. ” “ nobody told me that you’d be here. ” “ for me, it isn’t over. ” “ i see my future in you. ” “ they say time’s supposed to heal you, but i haven’t done much healing. ” “ hold your breath & count to ten. ” “ have i ever asked for much? ” “ when will i see you again? ” “ you’ve been telling people things that you shouldn’t be. ” “ i hate to turn up out of the blue, uninvited … ” “ i still care, do you still care? ” “ i can’t help myself from looking for you. ” “ don’t underestimate the things that i will do. ” “ i must’ve called a thousand times. ” “ don’t forget me, i beg. ” “ say it ain’t so. ” “ you’re like a dream come true. ” “ why do you love me? ” “ when was the last time you thought of me? ” “ yes, i swam dirty waters but you pushed me in. ” “ i ain’t lost, just wandering. ”

person: that's mean
me: i'm mean
mostly dead things, pt. 2.
dialogue prompts from mostly dead things by kristen arnett.
there’s too many bodies in this house, as it is.
it’s not going well.
i can’t stand being helpless.
you wanna hold [pronoun]?
could you please stop?
who was the girl?
i’m never doing this again.
i just want a break.
hurry up and get your clothes on.
i’ll buy you new ones.
let me talk to you about it.
there’s a lot you should know.
would you like to sit down?
this is your office?
it really bothers you that much?
i just wish everything would stop being so fucking weird all the time.
let me take you to dinner.
you haven’t dated a lot of women, have you?
you never talk to anybody.
tell me your best childhood memory.
what was your favorite food growing up?
you don’t like taking your work home?
i don’t want it to feel like home.
everybody needs a place they feel safe.
you know i’m here for you. all you have to do is ask.
i’m too much for one person.
i was only gone for twenty minutes.
you can ask, you know.
people all handle shit different, i guess.
christ jesus almighty.
you’re doing real good.
are we gonna get in trouble for this?
isn’t that something you should have asked earlier?
i’m not passive aggressive, i’m *active* aggressive

((Probably no replies tonight, and few tomorrow. Work's tiring me out. But then I have Monday off, so I'll be able to recharge))
tiny-fierce:
She nearly fumbled her phone in shock and only just barely avoided laughing out loud directly in Lea’s face.
After taking a long moment to struggle to force her face into a mask off professionalism, Murphy ended the call and tucked her phone away before holding her hand out and gesturing to Lea’s device, “may I?”
Lea kept her gaze leveled steadily at Murphy as she waited for her to compose herself. Upon the request, she flipped her phone around and handed it over, stepping to where she could see what Murphy was doing with it.
She could count fifty things she preferred to having Lea at her back. But at least for now she didn’t feel like there were about to be any particular surprises. She hoped.
Trying to pretend she was dealing with her mother, Murphy patiently showed her how to access her settings and ringtones, explaining each step as she went and then offering the phone back as she stepped to the side and away, “then just pick the sound you prefer and you’re good.”
This had to be the most surreal Tuesday of her life.
She watched closely as Murphy navigated the menus, commiting them to memory.
Lea nodded, accepting the phone back. “I see,” she commented. “That is satisfactory.” She slipped the phone back into the small dress pocket.
She moved to step away, then paused. “Do not speak of this to any other, lest you wish for me to inform my Godson of how easily you accepted my aid.”
Murphy let her have and put away the phone, crossing her arms as she watched.
Now here’s the thing.
She had no intention of telling on Lea for not being good at technology. But she really hated being told what to do. She shared that whole authority issues problem with her tall other half.
“Harry’s not the boss of me, what’s he gonna do about it?” She just couldn’t help herself.
Lea raised a brow at Murphy's insolence, a slight displeased turn quirking her lips. "Do you wish to test the matter?"
"Kill you? By the time I'm done with you, you'll wish I had." (auburnsongs)

Carlos grinned. His hands bound aa he sat, calm. He wasnt one to cower. Not typically. Though. He was curious as to why he was here and like this to begin with.
Impertinent.
“I am not naturally given to babysitting, but... I have been instructed to keep you alive.” And out of the way.
ONE TIME I WAS ATTENDING A BALL AT A FAE COURT AND EVERYONR WAS WEARING BALLGOWNS MADE OF WINTER AND SORROW AND SHIT LIKE THAT BUT THEN I SAW A FAE LORD WEARING A TACKY 90S WINDBREAKER AND SPATS AND I KNEW WE WOULD BE FRIENDS
HE CORDIALLY INTRODUCED ME TO A HIGH RANKING MEMBER OF THE AUTUMN COURT AS A DISTRACTION SO HE COULD STAB THEM
So… you’re besties now
YES YES WE ARE
“Art was a kind of demonic possession. Art would dance you to death. It would move in and take you over, and then destroy you.”
— Margaret Atwood
