Wooyoung nodded, detaching himself from the omega. Y/n felt a bit of a frown crawl upon his face. “I don’t know, I just can’t let go of the fact the Y/n was talking to another omega.. I won’t be his first. I mean, I knew but.. I’m just jealous I-I guess.” Woo young admitted. Mingi felt his eyes widen, suddenly the silence of the too changed. Everyone was a bit surprised, everyone would have thought Wooyoung moved on by now but… he didn’t. San thought the little tap was enough, but no. Talking it out, but no. Wooyoung has never, ever felt this attached. Why now?

Y/n watched the omega as he talked, a slight frown gracing his face along with a sense of understanding. The room's atmosphere shifted, the tension palpable. Wooyoung's confession lingered in the air, making everyone reevaluate their assumptions about him. San placed a reassuring hand on Wooyoung's shoulder. "Hey, it's okay to feel that way," he said softly. "We all have our insecurities. What's important is how we deal with them." Mingi nodded, still looking a bit stunned. "Yeah, Woo. It's clear how much you care about Y/n. That's what matters."

Y/n took a deep breath, scooting closer to Wooyoung. "I understand where you're coming from," he said gently. "But you need to know that you're now important to me.

What happened with me and Felix is now in the past, and what me and you have now will have is what counts.” *Wooyoung nods, a small smile on his face. His scent can’t help but burn brighter, a bit happier. At that, the rest of the pack smiled contently. “Thankyou.. I really appreciate this. I’m sorry we got off on the wrong foot.” Y/n nods with a smile, his scent clearly happy as well.

“Well.. we can talk about the pack rules?” Seonghwa mumbles, trying to change the subject. There are hums and nods in agreement. Mingi rubs his hand on Seonghwa’s shoulder, reassuring him. “It would be nice if Hongjoong and the others were here.. but I’ll explain.” Seonghwa says, the words slipping off of his tongue like velvet. “First rule we have.. and all agreed on is always tell each other everything. Keeping secrets breaks our bond.. our trust.” Y/n pays close attention, reaching for Wooyoungs warm hand. “So please, if anything bad happens or something you want to speak about.. tell someone.” Y/n smiles, nodding understandingly.

“Second, which is a big one, is respect others. This morning.. what Sangie told about.. I understand you were hurt, but you need to be respectful towards him. Towards all of us, and you deserve that respect too, pup.” San speaks instead, his voice a bit deeper but comforting. Wooyoung nods along with San, looking deeply into the Omegas eyes. Y/n adverts his gaze, his head turning causing his collar bell to jiggle. A small giggle leave’s Wooyoung, a smirk on his face. “Pup, you listening?” Y/n nods quickly, wanting Seonghwa’s approval and satisfaction.

“Last, don't mask your scent, please. We would like to know how everyone’s feeling at all times. yes, masking your scent at some points is..okay, but for long periods of time isn’t good.” Seonghwa finishes, nodding while looking around at everyone. Y/n nods, he knows or at least he thinks he can abide with these rules.

“I think that concludes the rest.” Everyone hums in agreement, some murmurs of yes’s and goods. Mingi reaches over to Y/n, softly scratching the nape of his neck. Y/n relaxes into his touch as everyone else litters out of the living room and back into their respective areas. “You fit in here.” Mingi mumbles, his deep voice sending vibrations through Y/n’s mind.

Y/n smiles, his face slightly flushing. Mingi gives him one last scratch and then presses a kiss to his head before going back into his room. Y/n just sits there, he didn’t know what to do. Yes, he was happy now. Confusion?

Yes, confusion.

Y/n was confused, no, lost. He wasn’t lost physically, but mentally he did not know what to do. Now he had to wait until he got marked, he didn’t have a role in the pack, he was.. a decoration. He wasn’t to the other pack members, but Y/n was just there. He wanted to have a meaning, but he couldn’t do anything.

Guidance.

That’s what he needed. Guidance, maybe by one of his fellow omegas’. And god, if Y/n said he didn’t miss his Felix, he would be lying. Y/n felt as if he was on autopilot. He stands slowly, his feet soft on the floor. His nest was practically destroyed, and Wooyoung said he would make another for him.

Now, he couldn’t do anything. So he cleaned up the mess, the slick stained shorts, whatever of it was left. He pushed it into a small pile in the corner of his room. Now that it was cleaner, he let out a heavy breath. His scent slightly souring, making him quietly wince.

Felix. He just needed to hear his voice. Y/n couldn’t just leave him in the dust, forget him. It wasn’t good for him, nor his pack, because his mood would affect everyone. So at that, he hops on his bed. Y/n was feeling slightly exhausted, so he tucked himself in. Sadly, without the scent of someone.

Then a ring is heard.

‘Ring Ring Ring!’

‘Ring Ring Ring!’

A call, and specifically, Felix’s ringtone. A deep ring, almost homey. Wait, Felix’s ringtone! Y/n practically trills, snatching up his phone from his side table. He answers as quickly as he could, his old feelings completely forgotten at the moment.

“Lix!”

“Mega’..”

‘children’s footsteps and laughing’

“I miss you so much..” Murmurs Y/n, leaning back in bed as rain starts to patter.

‘Small sniffle’

“God, I do too. So much.. so much..” Felix replies, his voice deep and dark like chocolate being melted for a warm, steaming cup of hot cocoa.

“How are the pups? No- how are you?” Y/n cuts himself off, putting the phone to his ear.

“I miss you. That’s all I’m feeling. Just.. lonely at times. But I understand, you have your pack too.”

‘Louder giggles’

“But, y’know, it’s just me being emotional.” Felix finishes, sighing quietly. “But.. the pups miss you. Especially your pancakes.” He giggles, shaking his head.

Y/n could almost hear Felix’s scent singing towards him.

“What’s going on with you, Mega’? What happened to you earlier?” Felix’s deep voice rumbles sweetly.

”Er… well.. my nest is.. well.. destroyed. But that’s okay!”

Y/n quickly finishes his sentence, not wanting Felix to freak out.

“Destroyed…?” Felix huffs in concern, his eyebrows curling. “Hey-!”

‘Loud laughing, toddler footsteps following after’

“Give- hey! Give it back Pav!” Felix shouts sweetly, his voice fading away. “No, not the lake, not the lake!”

‘Heavier footsteps running’

“No!” Felix shouts, but sounding like he was smiling.

“Oh.. well.” Y/n pouts, but his eyes start to droop. “Those pups..” He mumbles, mentally visiting Felix and the pups back at the comfy home. His old home. But now, this was where he was staying. And he was happy. Y/n, the omega who never thought he could find a pack— or even get accepted, was happy where he was.

With the rain, the sun slowly setting due to the daylight saving and cold season, gave him peace— which made him tired. So he closed his eyes, phone in hand, scent blooming peacefully. Sleep finally claims him, putting him into a calming rest.

Seonghwa had made sure they were facing the now scent high omega. This way Wooyoung has a perfect view of y/n, seonghwa even made sure to make eye contact with the omega with a silent ask for permission. He knew that something was off with wooyoung, and only himself and seonghwa knew the true reasoning. Y/n thought about it for a moment, ‘is wooyoung okay? maybe he- no he will make sure to give the older omega more attention for today’ his teeth nibbling at his bottom lip before he nodded. Letting out a light sigh he reminded himself ‘he is okay, omega not mad anymore, alpha safe’ His omega felt restless wanting to check once more for himself just to make sure he was really okay with seonghwa scenting him but he shook it off turning around in the alpha’s lap. “Only if woo said its okay” y/n whispered out to the alpha. Scooting in closer he bared his neck just a bit allowing himself to be scented.

Smiling down softly at the small omega in his arms, seonghwa dipped his face into y/n’s neck rubbing all the away up to the soft plush of his cheek. Feeling y/n began to relax more in his arms he hummed satisfied. The small male was already so easy to comply yet also able to keep them on their toes, he was soft with round plush hips. Y/n had a hourglass figure just like wooyoung, the difference being that he was shorter.

Placing a short kiss against y/n’s scent glands, Seonghwa lifted his head from the omega’s neck with a soft smile, running a hand through y/n’s curly chestnut hair. Letting out low purrs the alpha’s hand cupped the side of y/n’s cheek, “such a sweet pup, now shall we continue on with the conversation, hm?” speaking in the gentle tone he waited until y/n’s now slightly dazed eyes to meet his. The small bell on Y/n’s collar quickly jingling as he nodded for the alpha to continue on. “As i previously stated my rut is coming up in two weeks, on your form and last night you confirmed that you are willing to help me along with the others with their heat and ruts. I would like to tell you that you are not required nor are you forced to help if you do not want to, we will not force you to do such things without your consent. That is not how our pack runs things.”

Y/n’s round eyes followed Seonghwa’s mouth as the other spoke as if he was trying to catch every syllable that came out to make sure he didn’t miss any word that was said. He felt as if he was slightly tipsy just from being engulfed with the scent of red wine mixed with his own sweet scent however it did make him feel less anxious about his previous altercation with the packs head omega. “I- I would like to help you- and all of your cycles! I mean have no issue with that. Well . . . it would be my first time helping an alpha in rut or well in any way that is as i’ve only helped myself and my best friend who is also an omega so i apologize for my lack of experience on that part. But i’m welling to learn and i promise i’m a good omega! i swear-”

Cutting off Y/n from his approaching rambling Seonghwa gently shushed him with as amused smile not failing to notice the familiar glare accompanied by a short growl coming from across the room. Lifting one of his eyebrows at the now head omega in a silent ‘not now’ he knew where Wooyoung was coming from and why his response was in such a negative way. “Hey, shhh i know you are nothing short of being our good little omega. No need to stress over your lack of experience with alphas because now that you are here we can help you plus you are still new and haven’t learned all the rules and how we do things in our pack. Our alphas, betas, and even our feisty omega are more than welling to be the first to help you in such areas.”

Wooyoung scoffed with a roll of his eyes at the mention of the other unknown omega sparking annoyance back into his once dazed eyes earning a short but hard spank from one of the two alphas by his side, San. The alpha might not have known fully what bothered Wooyoung so bad about this omega that was Y/n’s best friend but it wasn’t hard to get the jest of it. It was well known that the head omega was possessive and very territorial of what his omega seen as theirs especially if he had actually found his soulmate. What didn’t make sense was how fast Wooyoung’s omega recognized Y/n as theirs. The head omega was nothing like this when he met the rest of the pack for the first time sure he was acting similar but not to this extent. This left Wooyoung annoyed with himself and even more with his omega. He was being torn in unnecessary denial laced with the need to claim the new omega.

Taking a deep breath Y/n’s small bell on his new collar rang as he turned around quickly in Seonghwa’s lap in order to hug him, all the while seeking comfort from today’s events. “alpha..please”.

Letting out a short ‘tsk’ seonghwa fake pouted at the omega’s adorable reaction before wrapping his arms around him tightly, “you poor thing, you just got here and so much has happened hasn’t it y/n-ie. its okay alpha’s got you.” Rubbing circles around the small omega’s back with a deep purr vibrating throughout his chest in order the further calm down the slightly distressed omega. Seonghwa then made eye contact with the other alphas and now head omega signaling them to come closer. “how about we continue on with the rules in the pack and everyones positions hm?”

Hearing the others move closer to them, Y/n nodding his head in response while nuzzling his face into the alphas neck close to his scent glands. Inhaling seonghwa’s scent did wonders on calming the omega’s nerves, it was as if his inner omega knew he could stay there forever knowing seonghwa would protect him.

“Lets begin with me then, my role in the pack is the caretaker. As you may be familiar with an alpha being a caretaker in your old pack we also have them in iur small polyamorous pack. However we have two for instance me and our sweet beta yeosang love to make sure everyone is fed even if we have to hand feed you ourselves. Which will happen most of the time anyway and we make sure everyone is taking care of themselves mentally and physically.” Seonghwa massaged y/n’s sides and lower hips coxing him into showing his face once more. In the end his efforts proved fruitful when Y/n turned to peak at one of the other alphas, mingi, with a hand reaching out for him. Mingi gladly took the small hand into his own pulling the omega onto his lap instead gently, “hi ‘mega” he said with a soft smile earning a wide toothy smile in return with a short shy “hi” while Seonghwa continued on with his words.

“Now San and Jongho are our brat tamers along while being in charge of handling anyone who gets out of line and breaks a rule, they carry out the punishment along with sometimes Mingi. Just know that you would much rather get in trouble with Mingi than San or Jongho because well..they both first of all are heavy handed and are even harder to convince your way out of a punishment if they believe you deserve it. Just ask Woo,” Mingi chuckles at the mention of their troublesome yet lovely omega - head omega now- yes he has to remember they have another omega even if there is no physical bite claiming y/n as theres yet.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about but personally I would avoid getting in trouble with jongie i’m sure with how this is going you’ll know with time why.” Wooyoung said calmly with a shrug as he leant into San, his hand playing with the hem of the alphas shorts. Jongho was always more harsh with his punishments making sure the lesson was learnt in order to not be repeated. Not that Wooyoung didnt sometimes enjoy his punishments but if Jongho was threatened to punish him instead he knew he was in for a night that ended with tears and a sore butt for at least three days.

Y/n felt his inner omega shiver. He felt excited, but also a bit scared. He felt his expression slightly change. He cuddled his body more into Seonghwa’s, huddling up. Y/n’s body seemed to tighten around Seonghwa when the brat taming was brought up. Mingi felt a smirk crawl upon his face. “Then we have Yunho. The pack alpha, he just keeps everyone in check. He doesn’t really have a main role, he plays the part in everything. Especially keeping his pack safe and sound.” Seonghwa continued, he looked down at Y/n, slightly smiling at his peaceful face.

Wooyoung still felt hooked on what had happened earlier that day. On the phone with another omega… threat. Woo, shook his thoughts out of his head. He stared out into space, it seemed he was on autopilot. Just trying to think about anything else. It seems San has sensed the fidgeting and zoning out. Including everyone else, a bitter scent. Why did the mood change? What was Wooyoung feeling? What was Y/n feeling? They both didn’t know. Confusion? Y/n couldn’t bear sensing his omegan partner was sad or stressed. Another response, he felt the need to comfort.

“Woo?” Y/n whispered, barely anyone catching on. The pack began seeing a bit of a pattern going on. When Y/n saw Wooyoung a bit ‘distressed’ he felt the need to comfort him. He felt strong feelings towards the omega, already growing attached to him. It seemed whatever happened in that bedroom, changed their relationship. Seonghwa smiled slightly.

Y/n un-cuddled himself from Seonghwa’s warm grasp. Taking a moment to inspect his elder omega’s feelings and scent. His face contorted into an unreadable emotion. He scootched himself over to Wooyoung, taking his time doing so. He hoped he was not being so touchy, but he hugged Wooyoung. Pulling him in tight, the warmest hug Wooyoung could describe. Wooyoung nuzzled his head into the younger omegas neck. “Mega’ it’s- it’s ok..” Y/n said, not really knowing what he was saying that was okay. He couldn’t exactly read Wooyoung’s mind but he knew that he was feeling some type of doubt flowing through his mind.

With Y/n and Wooyoung distracted, the other pack members took glances at each other, nodding their heads. The scents of the other pack members filled the room in a response to calm the two omegas.They knew he was the right one. San watched the two omegas bond silently. “Woo, is there anything you need to say?” San mumbled, so quietly only the people next to him could hear.
