Hello everyone! Hope you had a great Halloween, but now that that’s out of the way… we’re nearing the holidays!
To make this Christmas truly awesome, I’ve decided to create a Secret Santa event to all those who would want to participate!
For those who don’t know, Secret Santa is a tradition in which people are randomly assigned to give gifts to other people, but the receiver doesn’t know who or what they are going to get! Thus the term “Secret” Santa.
For this Secret Santa, we are going to focus on the artistic aspect of gifts! (Writing is dashing, however we don’t want to risk the chance of writing something incorrectly).
To make things exciting, the person you draw for will not be drawing for you.
The rules are simple, and thus follows:
1. You must be an artist, this is an art based gift giving!
2. No NSFW!
3. You are free to do more than one art piece for your ONE person you are assigned to
4. You are free to make art for more than one person, but notify me if you want to do this (such as one art piece including many people’s ocs)
5. There is a one week extension to finish your piece after the due date, see more for details
6. DO NOT TELL THE PERSON YOU ARE GIFTING TO! HAS TO BE SECRET!
November 1st to November 29th
Registration window
November 30th
Random assignments! This is the day you are told who you are gift giving to.
December 1st to December 24th
Drawing window, make those gifts!
December 25th
Gift day! Post and tag your assigned person their gift and let the joy commence!
A google sheet will be made to keep track of everyone signing up, the sheet is available to be seen by anyone but cannot be edited. The sheet will not show who everyone is paired with, for that is private.
1. tumblr message/ask me (even if you do not use tumblr, you can still send an ask)
