Smiling as he held one card "Its nice to know that my new deck enjoyed the match too. When is the next one?"

"The lab they placed you in.. Is it closed now?" Offering a hand, understanding if the creature refused to take it. "I do not expect you to take my forgiveness. I can only try and right the wrongs my other self committed. Sadly, I share his face.

"Do we.. get to go home now?" Pausing, those words... where even was home for them now? Lowering his hood as he glanced to the ocean, hearing the waves crash around them. It was only a year ago that the battle took place, yet it felt so much longer. "The gods wish for me to do something Hermos but.. I don't know if I can."

Wandering down the lanes, he watched a couple of them speed by, a speed duel happening in the process, as well as this 'Synchro' summoning. He'd only heard of it a few times.. but this was much different than fusing. Turning himself he noted a stranger, watching intently as it seemed he was one of the duel riders. "Excuse me, Hi! I was wondering if you would tell me how these worked?" Pointing to the bike.

"Its finally just us two." Around them lay waste to the city, it became a battlefield between the two Atlanteans that had scores to settle with one another. Crackles of magic bounced between the rubble. Simple extracts from their earlier bout. Many had evacuated as true strength was finally unleashed. Green energy circled around the king, donning the amour he wore thousands of years ago, one to slaughter his best friend and many others he once called family. Now there was one soul left, for the great beast to inhale. The voice that spoke overlapped with another being, the one puppet master. "I shall have my paradise, whether you like it or not. Death is a mercy I'm happy to gift!"

Smirking to himself as the blade came at him with such ferocity, one he simply sidestepped, arriving near Critias' shoulder "Your swordsmanship is getting weaker, I remember you being much better than this." Continuing the art of dodging, ones he learnt in Atlantis all those years ago. "Weak." Avoided. "Sloppy!" Dodged again. though his own confidence was leading to overstepping. A slice of blade taking a chunk out of his cheek, allowing crimson to fall down his pale features. "Finally a hit. If you were aiming for the final blow, my old friend, you failed. Again." Licking up the blood before his own sword formed "Let us finish this, fairly."
