Or even follow me on here But... One my friends told me the other day "You know, I see you as that guy who will never be in a relationship and just never get married." I asked her why. But her reply is more unnerving. I never saw this to be true... But with the way life has been this year in that regard... I fear it to be true. Will I remain alone for years? Why her words ring in my head and false promises... I don't know. I never saw it to be true, until I realized that I feel kind of fucked... 2017 hasn't been easy in that regard. It's been more of a 'rebuilding myself' kind of year. Which has been great... ... but doesn't mean I want to do it alone I've allowed myself to be vulnerable. It has helped me in writing. It pains me to do so. But I'm honest. And everyone sees it. They see the good, my past, my inspirations, my strengths and weaknesses. I need to keep my ego in check and detach. Be strong. I acknowledge my mistakes and weaknesses. And now, I correct mistakes, don't do them any more, approach problems from a different angle and strengthen my weaknesses and strengths. This isn't easy. But with discipline. It's a different game. It's time to get at it. It's not perfect. I know that much. It won't always be. But I must embrace being uncomfortable to know how to deal with it. ....
