Does anyone pair their dragons with deities? Is there a lightweaver x tundra Jim x Pearlcatcher Susan polycule out there?

#uhh #a piece of my lore is about stormcatcher having a son in a ons with a random mortal after he got drunk as fuck lmao #it’s more so about the son than about anything else but yeah #not exactly romantic or whatever but yeah #I haven’t exactly fleshed out the mortal dragons character yet because she’s just in the plot for a little bit #also it’s not canon to my main lord storyline at all but Astrah (the snapper I posted back in 2019 or something) likes lightweaver but #he’s gruff and big and doesn’t know how to talk to people and lightweaver is elegant and small (in her mortal form) and always knows what #to say. poor guy doesn’t think he has a chance #also but of lore on astrah: he’s an avatar of the plaguebringer #basically a mortal who has been directly enhanced by a god #my main lore touches more on this but anyway #Astrah is basically a prisoner of war who lightweaver ands up liking enough to be granted dubious freedom #and that’s how they get close #wow this got long #and there’s a couple of typos oops

Another Flight Rising poll, just for funsies: How much apparel do you prefer to have on a dragon?

I want every square inch of that guy covered/I use every available apparel slot.

I like seeing more outfit than dragon, with maybe just a few body parts visible.

I like a dragon’s outfit to be evenly balanced/about 50% outfit and 50% dragon.

I prefer minimalism/I only use one or two apparel slots.

I prefer showing off a dragon’s genetics instead/I just don’t use apparel.

Other? (Explain in tags, please!)

#I don’t get accents for dragons I get dragons for accents #if that makes sense #I’ll buy an accent and then plan a dragon around it and scry + breed it myself #usually I’ll put apparel on but I won’t drown the dragon because I want the apparel to bring out the accent rather than cover the dragon #it’s case by case because sometimes I’ll only add a little because the accent is of a scene or animals and rather it be about (1/2)#(2/2) the dragon it’s more about that scene or animal #I’m not sure if that makes sense #flight rising #polls
