I am disgusted at how much I still care about my ex that hates me. It’s embarassing. I know this guilt has nothing to do with them. Yet here being a dumb bitch and checking there twitter. Truly embarrassed. Blegh! Maybe I need to do a final grieving ceremony for them. Ugh I’m a fuckin sap.

It feels pointless to be here. I see a consistent theme in my life of not being able to communicate. I can’t blame anyone for this and I’m just tired of myself. Tired of the harm I’ve caused and exhausted by thinking I am more than this. I’m not. I don’t deserve to be here. I’m so tired. So exhausted. So full of sadness. So tired of being alive. so tired. I’m trying to not fall into this pit of sadness but it feels like the only thing I have.
