a (skeletal) black hound

You growl, you howl, you show your teeth                               You bite, it’s alright

You be the claws and I’ll be the fangs. Together let’s be something unholy.

this pit in my stomach is yawning, gaping, sucking everything into it like a black hole until i feel nothing except the pit. what makes my emotions manifest physically? why does my body turn against me in this way? why must i prey on myself?

                                           meeting you was fate,                                     becoming your friend was a choice,                                          but falling in love with you                                           was beyond my control
