I’m coming back to memorialize this on tumblr. I started writing this story in October 2016. On December 11, 2016, I received this message. It was innocuous, or so I thought.

On October 31, 2020, after nearly four years since our first interaction, I married this woman underneath a banyon tree in south Florida. It was perfect. She’s perfect.

This isn’t gonna end with some revelation because I’m still living our dream and I’m having fun watching it unfold. But hopefully one day I’ll look back at this post and smile.

I don’t know about new fics. I very much enjoyed your writing. But it was different when we knew nothing personal about them. They actually felt like fictional characters back then. But with them being so open about their personal lives now it’ll definitely feel like real person fic instead of AU’s like it used to. You know what I mean? It would feel extra creepy now.

That’s exactly how I feel. I did the 5 and 1 because it was a sweet thing and I felt it was a culmination of my time writing about them. They may have started as the characters in bpmc but very quickly they became their own characters and I felt comfortable manipulating them. I definitely can’t write rpf again and I might find new characters altogether.

You never did Rom-com. Baby Pull Me Closer was just angst and that’s it. The comedy in that fic even felt depressing. Felt like years for updates just to get more angst and more angst. So no, you have never done a legit rom-com. 😂

Probably fair. I was going through some shit. As annoying as it is, that stupid story was ridiculously integral to my life. I was working through some shit and you guys got to read my catharsis.

I still wonder why Ali had to have sex with Knox. You made them fuck for an hr. They were supposedly buzzed/kinda drunk so that seems like too long of a time for a quickie. Did she suck his dick, let him finger her/eat her out, then fuck her pussy and cum in her ass? I don’t get it. Still pissed she fucked him tbh. Ruined the entire story for me. Sure Ash and Ali had problems, but their connection was so deep for Ali just to go and shit on it by easily spreading her legs for some cock.

That’s reality though. People are flawed and shitty and impulsive. I we do stupid shit and marvel when we have to suffer the consequences. We both take sex for granted and hold it in highest reverence. As fun as it is to pretend that we always make the right choices, sometimes we make the absolute wrong ones.
