Hmm... or maybe I’ll come up with the EDM content.

I’ve decided to remove 2 services due to time constraint. I’m spending too much time looking up for information.

Kinda “planned” out the layout and content on paper. Things are still pretty much confusing since I have zero knowledge about signage making. I’m having “why did I choose this?!” moments. Planning to add a “guide” or “process” page into the site flow. Need to clean up and start compiling information into Word document. Pretty worried about coming up with good content. The wireframes come after. Keywords... Pain points... So much thinking to do.  😵 I have not given the user a personality. For now, just someone who has no clue about getting a business signage (like me).

I think it may be better to place a section on ‘key considerations’ under each service provided. The visitor can refer to it on the same page, keeping in mind (without straying too much) what is it they need to consider for the signage. Should I place it on the homepage? 🤔

Not sure where to place the EDM and Journal link. Should I put them in the footer? Hmm...

Initially, I thought I would choose to do an event website...

Since I’ll be creating an EDM for past and existing clients, it is best to send the email on Tuesday, 10am. No point sending it after work hours as it is not a personal-interest EDM. But of course, it is better to do A/B testing to suit the targeted audience.
