Hi, I'm Michael from Cologne and I like and share my insprirations for the Sims Game. I'm old aged, but this has no one to care. The Sims has no boudaries and should not stop over of the age. Only people who can not feel happieness in their live will disturb this!
Hello, my friends. While not in time for the end of Mermay, the edits for @lumenniveus Seaglass Set are finally done. (hopefully, I'm not done taking screenshots so who knows what might happen over the next few days.)
In the hopes of maintaining some kind of organization, I have made the executive decision to post this set in parts. Also because the full file is too big to upload to sims file share. Because there's approximately 212 objects... yeah.
Like I did with the Blooming Rooms Kit edits, I've also decided to organize the objects into zip files by the object they originated from (unless there's only one object in which case it's just floating out there on it's lonesome).
Everything is bgc.

To start, shell pillow but smaller, we have stolen Davy Jones's hat (alas I could not find a simple way to rebuild his missing head, so, we can't have Davy sansHat unfortunately, plant pot sansPlant (of course), seaweed pedestal sansSeaweed, and the shell bowl sansShells plus separated shells. Bowl, pot, and pedestal are all slotted.

Rug recolors require the original rug to be in your game
For the first, I took the border colors for the main patterns and swapped them.
The second, I put way too much effort into using the blemish remover tool to create plain colored versions of the rug because I didn't know how to use the psd file @lumenniveus set me properly. Part two of the second, I removed the direction letters from the compass swatches plus added the other border colors.
Wall Paneel
Added five more sizes.
Bubble Light
Many, many lights. The pedestals/platters all have slots. Ceiling and wall light have a large and smol versions.

Raj is a genius behind the stove, but a total disaster when it comes to romance. He is a gourmet chef who prefers the company of a good soufflé over a romantic date. His utter lack of interest in dating drives his mother, Geeta, absolutely crazy. He can often be seen exchanging recipes with Anaya Jang at cultural festivals, enjoying a pure friendship that his mother constantly mistakes for a romantic interest—creating awkward situations at every single street market.
How to Install:
Download and unzip the file.
Copy all the files (not the folder, just the files inside!) into your Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray folder.
Open your game, go to My Library, and make sure to check the box “Include Custom Content” if he doesn’t show up right away.

Hi!
I wanted to try something different this time and go into a more Maxis match direction with this set.
I personally love the result! I'm growing fonder of the simlish in my game, so I'll probably keep this up from now on.
I hope you like them!

I’m back with some more behind-the-scenes content!
I know I’ve been suspiciously quiet these past few weeks, but hear me out, I had a very good reason and I think you’re going to like it 👀
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been working on my next set and this time we’re taking a little break from the Nancy Collection to kick off summer with a bang!
What makes this project even more exciting is that I’m collaborating with a creator I’ve admired for years. Honestly, it still feels a little surreal and I want to thank all of you for your support because none of this would have been possible without you. ❤️
That being said... I’m going to keep the identity of my partner-in-crime a secret for just a little while longer. Can you guess who it is? 👀 We haven’t exactly been subtle and if you pay close attention, you might spot a few WIPs that look suspiciously familiar. 😏
Now, let’s get down to business!
For this summer set, we’re heading to Greece, more specifically, Mykonos and Santorini! Think crystal-blue waters, whitewashed stone, sun-soaked terraces and endless shades of blue.
For some reason, whenever I think of Greece, I think of two things: relaxation and unforgettable parties. So naturally, we decided to combine both.
One of the first pieces I tackled was the DJ booth. The in-game version desperately needed a makeover and after spending way too many hours in Blender and the warehouse, I finally figured out a way to make it fully modular and customizable.
The booth is divided into three parts: the controller, the stand and the façade. The stand and façade come in both stone and wood finishes, allowing you to mix and match them however you like. But the real star of the show is the controller.
Drum roll, please... 🥁
You can place it almost anywhere!
Put it on the custom stand, on counters or even on high tables. As long as you create an L-shaped setup, it remains fully functional and your DJ will keep the party going all night long. I’m also ridiculously proud of the metal finishes on this set, so please appreciate the countless hours I spent drawing all those details by hand. 😂
To complete the DJ area, I created a large backdrop featuring a glowing circular centerpiece that stays on day and night. It can be paired with matching stereos on either side to create the ultimate audio setup.
The backdrop is surprisingly versatile, too: it can even be used behind beds as a custom headboard. (You may or may not see that in an upcoming build... 👀)
Finally, I created a collection of matching counters inspired by the same organic shapes found throughout the set, along with two sinks, one of which is a slimmer design perfect for bar areas, just like you’d find in real-life venues. (this is a big hint hihi 😉)
And trust me... this is only the beginning!
There are still plenty of exciting pieces left to reveal, so keep an eye out for future WIPs and, of course, the official release of the set!

WIP: Lesmana-Nordhaven Opera House
PHASE 1 - The Auditorium (No CC)
23 April 2026
Lesmana Enterprise engineering team would like to take you on a short site visit to see the most recent updates from Phase 1 Construction of the interior of The Lesmana Nordhaven Opera House: An experimental building by The Lesmana Enterprise Co., Ltd in partnership with The Nordhaven Royal Ministry of Arts and Culture
The auditorium is on 75% completion, and the Lesmana Enterprise team is working enthusiastically to complete the opera house.
Note from OP:
Yes, I totally underestimated the effort taken to make a realistic opera house. Sims 4 limitation is astounding, but don’t worry, I’m trying to make it work.
Lesmana Enterprise’s engineering team has completed Phase 2 construction of Lesmana–Iverstad MRT Station, marking a key milestone in improving direct public transit access to the Lesmana Nordhaven Opera House district.
The new station is designed to support smoother visitor flow, reduce surface traffic around the waterfront, and strengthen Nordhaven’s growing cultural and commercial corridor.
MRT Easter egg:
We added a small elevator item on the peron of the Lesmana-Iverstad MRT Station, so that when your sims visits the Opera House, they will spawn on the platform of the MRT station and have to make their way up to the ground.
Stay tuned for the official release of Lesmana Nordhaven Opera House, as the Lesmana Enterprise team moves closer to the final phase of completion. More previews, project updates, and release details will be announced soon.
