reverse starter call because i’m bored y’all !

   ‘   at your order.   ‘  zoe nodded her head slightly with a little smirk on her features, walking towards the door to make sure the garbage was in the right place. she went back in when she saw it, pressing her lips together as she went behind the desk of the cafeteria, taking her little bag out of the furniture to search for her lunch. the girl wrinkled the space in between of her eyebrows as she saw the scene in front of her. she knows that he wasn’t doing anything, but she couldn’t help but be cautious.

    ‘   tomorrow? ‘ he asked as he questioned, looking towards the girl and tilding his head a little bit. ‘  well i kind of had something else to do tomorrow... ‘ it was a date, kai, it isn’t hard to say it, besides, she doesn’t care anymore.  ‘  can’t we go now?  ‘

    ‘  well... you’re right. it really sounds like that. ‘ kai couldn’t help but let a giggle come out from in between of his lips, sitting right beside him as his bum touched his feet, looking like a little boy full of excitement after hearing the other’s words.  ‘  i mean... anything is fine with me. ‘

    zoe couldn’t help but laugh at the other’s comment. she was about to reply him, but as soon as the other’s words entered her ears she took a look at the clock behind her. he was right. the time for her to take a break has finally arrived. ‘ thank god. i’m sure i could have died of hunger in here. ---   aren’t you coming too?  ‘ she asks, taking the apron off of her waist to walk towards the kitchen of the café

    kai looks at the girl’s phone with a weird look. she still managed to get everything organized on that little app that she showed him with excitement a couple of months ago? kai really admired that part of her, him being one of the most irresponsable and messy people ever.  ‘   it’s not like i have a full agenda like you anyways. i’ll be free, don’t worry.  ‘

   ‘   a lot of things, in fact.  ‘  akiko couldn’t help but act surprised at how fast airene was interesed to know what was bothering her. the brunette really thought that the other didn’t cared about her anymore after they broke up, but it seems like she was wrong.  ‘  but i don’t think complaining towards you it’s going to solve anything. i’ll talk to my boss or something. nothing to worry about.  ‘

    akiko gave her a brief look after she heard her words. of course she was talking about the dog, why did she had to clarify? it was just making things even harder and her mind was going all over the place. maybe she still loved her, maybe she still cared about her... or maybe not.  as she caressed the pup’s furr, the girl with the short hair looks up at their owner. ‘ i got a little bit stressed so i had to get some air...  you know how i can be when i get under pressure.‘

    ‘    wait... what?  ‘  zelo couldn’t help but laugh at the girl’s words in a funny way. ‘  all i understood of what you just said was that it was raining meatballs and i was about to get excited.  ‘ he pouted, looking outside through the window.

   ‘   i loved your parents even though i didn’t got to hang out so much with them so... it isn’t that big a deal.  ‘ kai bitted his lower lip slightly, lifting both of his shoulders as he mantains his eyes looking towards her.  ‘  that’s convinient for you then  --- so... when is this thing supposed to be?  ‘

    ‘   it’s okay, it’s okay, i understand.   ‘   kai nodded a couple of times with his head, wrinkling the bridge of his nose as he lets a giggle come out from the center of his lips.  ‘   honey, you don’t have to say sorry. i know we have been meeting for a long time now and you’re quite used to giving me money when we finish, but it isn’t necessary now. you know that.  ‘
