not 100% of animations are done, but there’s enough for most normal use cases! if you frequently notice missing animations, let me know which one/s and i can work on that for the next update release :) (this is my second time making a custom player model at all, so there will be rough areas :,D)

n is about 4 blocks tall, so you definitely want scaling enabled (at least eye height and hitbox height) when you use him. you can crouch down to 3 blocks, and crawl in 2-block spaces. as compensation, other scaling options are increased, such as reach, damage, and step height. (reviews on these appreciated, if you use them!)

Aliems are shapeshifting creatures from outer space in search of a home. They can take any shape or form, but they all have a base design which is an animal with small body, big head, big eyes and it is composed with only two main colors. For example, my sona is mostly green, followed by the pink of their eyes, mouth and accesories.

For this tutorial, I have chosen three different animals: An owl, an Aguará Guazú (Maned Wolf) and a Snake. With their main colors being Lilac, pink and yellow respectevely.

Every Aliem has one or two set of arms to compensate for their bodies being too small. They can be placed in any part of their body, and they stretch any amount the Aliem wants!

Extra: The Owl has two hands, they can hide it and make it pass as "ears." Also don't worry about the Snake, the hand can turn into a normal tongue if needed.

Now give those silly guys their antennas! They tend to have in between 1 and 3 in their heads. They usually are circular, but they can also have other shapes. If the animal you choose has pointy ears, you can place the antennas on the tip, just like the Agurá Guazú.

I like to joke that their antennas represent their braincells, haha, but in reality is the source of their power.

They all have collars with an accesory of a shape that represents them! (Kind of like a cutie mark but even simpler). Remember that they use the second main color, which is the same for the eyes and mouth!

They use the collars to call their space ship.

For the eyes, their irises and pupils are almost never just a circle, they tend to have funny shapes. I like to make them the same shape as their collars, but it's not always the case.

The pupils and lineart of the iris is white! no reason other than I think it helps to make them pop!

The iris is the same color as the collar, while the sclera is a shade lighter (it can be darker, idc tbh).

To finalize, give them personality! Add patterns, eyebrows, eyelashes, hair and accesories.

Remember you can ignore anything said on this tutorial. Your Aliem can have like a bazillion antennas, or be multicolored, Just have fun!

So I'm doing free commissions to elevate my work and canonize my style. I'll be drawing up reference sheets for free for people I feel need it the most.

I draw humans, anthro, and feral characters.

What you'll get:

- One reference sheet with 2 poses (back and front), head feature, name and character info, and color swatch.

- Minimal shading/rendering (optional)

- Simple background (optional)

- (If you don't already have one) A custom character!

How it works:

NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, but not everyone will get one. I will choose the entries who meet these qualifications:

A: Are in the most need of a new reference sheet (has one that is rough, outdated, or has none)

B: Have the best idea of who their character is and what they look like

You DO NOT need to have a reference sheet already! I'm offering to work off of description.

- You need to have a CLEAR idea of what you want your character to look like. I encourage you to have personality elements in mind and to find reference images on Pinterest for vibes/aesthetics. The better I think your idea is the more likely I'll be to draw it!

- Cool patterns and features are a welcome challenge, but try to keep it simple. Excessive details, accessories and complex textures will lower your likelihood of being chosen.

- Be respectful, I'm doing this for free.

- No guilt trips or stories, I'm not choosing based off circumstance and I'd rather not have people telling me personal things.

- I will not design you a character that is derivative or too reminiscent of any popular characters.

- If you knowingly show me AI reference material you are automatically disqualified.
