Last time it was between 9 months and a full year. I can't remember exactly because I didn't start posting again right away.

Unfortunately, no update from Tumblr on my blog, but I do want to share some info for you, particularly a place where we can continue to interact as a community.

Some of you probably already know that I have several blogs on Wordpress where I have posted longer commentaries, particularly ones with a lot of images.

I like this as an option because it's a little more permanent and public. I like that comments can be found again later and other shippers can see it and comment too.

It's not a good era for incest shippers, that's for sure. I can only hope it's not permanent.

Around the time of the premiere of Game of Thrones, incest was appearing in quite a few mainstream things, and there was backlash. And I was afraid that backlash would result in a lot less incest content. And I think it probably did, but things like that fade. Eventually, writers want to go for it again. I hope that's the case here too.

Here I was just gonna say… everytime I find myself enjoying something, I think it would be better with a little *ncest. 😆

Hi all,

MY BLOG WAS DELETED AGAIN!

I sent an email to Support, like I'm supposed to. That was over a week ago. No response yet. I never received any email telling me about a terms of service violation. I don't know what happened. I do use a VPN, which some people have wondered might be a trigger. Was it the VPN? Was I reported by an Anti? Was it just bad luck? I don't know.

They terminated my account but left my sub-blogs (like @shipcestuous-two) up. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY SUB-BLOGS. If you've sent messages there, I can't view them or reply to them, and I can't make new posts or anything like that.

There are some horror stories on this subreddit:

People who never got their blogs back, people who got their blogs back after six months, etc.

I should have made this post earlier. But today was the day I lost most of my hope that it would be restored any time soon.

If anyone knows of any other way to communicate with Tumblr aside from the official support channel, please let me know. Some of the methods recommended in that subreddit seem to be outdated, unfortunately, like tweeting TumblrSupport.

I will check this blog periodically but will not be resuming posting activities and such here, at least I don't plan to for now. It's just to stay in communication. I'm so fed up with Tumblr right now, as you can imagine.

I’ve heard about some people getting their blogs back. Incensuous and Azdaema both did. But that was a week ago and there’s no word about mine!

There’s more hope than there has ever been but also I’m starting to stress out because it has been a week. Why is mine taking so long? I wish I knew if I was just down the queue or if there’s something different about my case and I might not get it back. 

I don’t really want to move forward on the new blog without knowing if I’ll regain access to the old one so I’m in a limbo.

I know there hasn’t been a lot of activity. I can’t believe how many months it has been since the blog was deleted by tumblr! I just wanted you all to know that I have been slowly building a new one that will hopefully be even better and more organized. Trying to track down old commentary posts through waybackmachine has yielded a lot of results but been very time consuming. So it’s a slow crawl but it’s happening. I’m sure a lot of you don’t care that much about the old posts but I spent so much time writing them that it’s very important to me. 

I want to thank everyone for following on here and it makes me so happy to see so many familiar URLs in contact again!!

I wanted to update everyone. I am currently posting on shipcestuous2.wordpress.com whenever I come across anything that’s truly worth mentioning. Feel free to comment on there about whatever even if it’s off-topic, or you can @ me on the discord, which I check regularly. Or you can still send asks and messages to me on here, but I won’t be posting anything publicly for now. 

I have sent another round of emails to tumblr. I felt a renewed optimism when I learned that tumblr had a support phone number, but I have called numerous times over the past few weeks and only ever encountered a recorded message saying no one is available. So unfortunately that turned out to be a bust. They have support on twitter and I can always try emailing support from a different email or claiming I have a different problem, to see if that gets through to anyone. So I’m not entirely out of options but at this point it’s not looking good at all.
