hi I have a question for those that take larger plushies out in public. how do you carry them? do you hold them in your arms or keep them in a bag or something else? I took my girl maple (build a bear pawlette rabbit) with me one time and had her in a tote bag, and when I went into a store I think the employees thought I was there to shoplift lol. I couldn't carry the bag on my shoulder because I tried but I was crushing maple with my arm, so I carried it by the straps, an the entire time the employees watched and followed me and kept asking if I needed anything, and when I left and told one of them have a nice day he just stared at me with a frown and didn't say anything back. so safe to say I haven't taken any plushes with me since bc I don't want anyone thinking I'm stealing or calling the police on me or something. but I'm also really socially anxious and the thought of carrying one in my arms is really scary to me, I don't want to draw too much attention to myself. so, tell me what you do please! is carrying them in my arms just a fear i need to get over, or is there a solution?
