At the TV Critics Association press tour, Misha talked again about how he’d like Castiel to die sacrificing himself for the Winchesters, but this time went on to add that he’d like it to happen before the finale because the show’s ending should be about Sam and Dean. JUST Sam and Dean:

In the ongoing stan war, dear dottie dot is using Misha’s remarks to concern troll and grandstand and take jabs at the Misha/Cas stans, all while trying to prove she’s not a fake Misha/Cas fan as they’ve woken up to for months.

She starts out wondering if Misha’s depressed about the show ending and this was a cry for help, with a side of him not knowing his character like she does:

Don’t worry y’all, if Cas dies, she’ll just quietly disappear with nary a rage tweet:

Do you know how people began shipping J2 so quickly? I’ve seen fics of them made in 2006! Were there some interviews in 2005 or something that had a lot of moments that made people ship it so suddenly? I know some people like the idea of actors and actresses who play their favorite characters dating, but it’s obvious that people actually /love/ their chemistry a lot (I do) and so many people actually ship it. It’s like the idea of J2 dating happened on the day the show aired!

I think shipping them started as soon, as the first filming material of Jared and Jensen together showed up.

They had an unbelievable chemistry. Looked and talked like they had the biggest crush on each other and were on their way to fall in love.

Their chemistry used to be a lot more present in the early years, it’s actually lower now. (Like they learned how to control themselves around each other.)

The early years, before they got married, was I think the time when people really were wondering, if they are together. I think even some gossip websites picked up on how close they were and started to wonder if they might be an actual couple. (You know, there are theories on why the weddings took place at exactly the time people started to notice and the show grew in popularity).

Nobody could deny the chemistry they saw, that’s how the shipping started. People wondering “what if” and then started to write about it.
