She had one mission. From birth, she knew that there was one thing she must do: Protect human and spiritkind alike. This meant protecting all three worlds. However, she'd been placed outside of any of those three worlds and was forced to live in somewhere quite different. She could still feel the effects of old, old deaths, even if the souls had long returned to their owner's body. Naturally, Milla did not like the sense of death that constantly clung in the air.

She could not continue to carry out her mission as the current situation stood. However, she needed to take action otherwise. There were many things to think about, but the first that came to mind was most definitely "how do I escape". Now, of course, this was practical, expected of most, human or spirit, and it was also practical to desire to do so as efficiently as possible. Personally, she did not care for how difficult the task was. While the Spirits hardly had any of their power as with herself, she'd once fended nearly her entire journey without them and she knew it was better than them being trapped inside the Lance of Kresnik once more. She simply only wanted to get out as soon as possible and as safely as could be done. But she was still a risk taker, after all. As long as she doesn't die -- as that would defeat the purpose as a whole -- any other occurrence would be perfectly fine.

Monobear was most definitely intent on not letting them go anywhere outside the school's walls, though, and this was evident. A thought that had definitely crossed her mind more than once was that if she killed enough people she could escape, but immediately she excused it, almost a bit ashamed with herself for ever thinking of such a thing. Did that not totally contradict the purpose of her mission? Certainly she'd killed humans before but only because they were threatening humans. The members of Ark Noa -- Jiland -- were deserving of it, in fact.

As adaptable as she could be, large parts of Monobear's game she could simply not play. It was too dangerous as a whole and, supposedly, "you know it's bad when even our esteemed Lady Milla draws the line". As if she didn't know when to always draw the line... Ah, yes. Alvin. What a shady and generally questionable character. Despite her constant distrust and general dislike of him he'd definitely grown to be, in the end, someone that she could finally start reaching her hand out to. Even Elise and Tipo, who'd always called him a liar whenever he did something suspicious or was generally, well, just around, saying something, had grown to like him and trust him. Milla figured she could do the same.

All of her companions as a whole were of great value to her, though, especially Jude; without a single one of them, she has to truly wonder how she could've completed her mission. Gaius and her sister... While they'd fought to the death, damn near, they'd still shared the same goals in the end, in retrospect. She couldn't bring herself to particularly hate them. There was no reason to allow them death, either.

Milla was, in no way, forgiving. She could forget, though.

"Everyone must be worried." Her voice was a bit low. A different voice manifested soon after as Sylph flew right in front of her, causing her to look up, his hands formed around his sides. A signature pose of his, perhaps. "That's unlike you to speak your emotions." Her head tilted a bit at this, her eyebrows raising just a slight amount. "Really? Well, maybe it's because only you four are around..." And in the background, Gnome spinning on his earth ball: "Ohhh, Milla trusts us, dashi. Hehe."

She allows a small smile and a chuckle at that. She had been concentrating on her current situation, hadn't she? The Four Great Spirits, though -- no matter how heavy a weight with their title they carry or the awesome power that resides within them, they certainly appreciated the world around them and the life that existed within it. While Milla loved the world and its life, she supposed she could at least express it a bit more, even if subtly.
