ok aspen is.... a spoiled lil brat tbh

she was born in aspen, colorado, which is why she’s named aspen. her parents were on vacation from london when she was born.

her parents divorced when she was three and her mom moved back to her hometown of london when aspen was five. her mom has since made her way through a string of men but has not remarried. she still uses the title, although they are divorced. her mother’s a bit of a social climber, which annoys aspen to no end. 

her dad is like,, rich,,, but from titles. he doesn’t work, but has a lot of money based on this handed-down position. he’s the kind of guy to think designer clothes replaces a visit. not that aspen minds, honestly. she’s very close with her mom but she doesn’t really care about her dad besides the gifts he sends.

if aspen had a label, it would be the sovereign. i imagine her having a relatively high social status at bodley manor, and thinks of herself as a queen bee type. she definitely has been going to bodley as long as possible in order to get away from her family situation.

i haven’t sent in her clubs/activities yet? oops. but i imagine her as a centre forward on the footie team, suiting her aggressive nature. she also plays tennis and is surprisingly good (years of training will do that). as far as clubs, she’s involved in ballet, dance, and events committee. 

she’s actually really smart?? but she chooses to hide it. she’d rather surprise people after they underestimate her. she does it a lot and it never fails to make her laugh. she also doesn’t really like the expectations and stereotypes that come with being a smart girl. she’d rather people think of her as cunning.

the only time she does use her smarts to her advantage is when she’s dragging people. she loves coming up with witty comebacks

the most manipulative person you will ever meet. will do or say anything to make you think she’s on your side. aspen is always looking out for number 1.

once she actually likes you though... she’s the most loyal person ever. this girl’s a ride or die

the icy front is honestly just an exterior. she keeps herself really guarded, mostly because she doesn’t want to be abandoned or hurt by someone she loves. inside... she’s a sweet sof bean tbh she just wants to be loved!! she’s a little bit of a nerd, a little goofy, and sweet. but you will never see that side of her unless you’re really close to her.

odds and ends: an eye rolling Queen. always wears at least one pink item (because her idol is elle woods from legally blonde and pink is her power color). secretly loves photography and the #aesthetic. dreams of going back to america for college. loves old movies, especially ones with audrey hepburn.
