Two year progress pic. Left is ~9/2/15, right was this weekend probably 9/2/17 or 9/3/17. Many many lbs of fat lost and many many lbs of muscle gained. I was 250ish on the left and I'm 212-215 these days. Also stronger, faster, more flexible, and (excluding major weight cutting for college tournaments) leaner.
