There’s something incredibly comforting about being asked, “Is it okay?”

In ASMR, especially personal attention ASMR, that simple question can create a strong feeling of safety and trust. Knowing that your boundaries are being respected — and that you can always say no — can make it easier to let go and relax.

That’s what I wanted to explore in this cozy whispered ASMR video: gentle face touching, personal attention, soft whispers, and repeatedly checking in with “Is it okay?” 🌙

I asked ChatGPT to recommend 50 ASMRtists that people might not have discovered yet — especially smaller, underrated and interesting creators.

I didn't want a list of only the biggest ASMR channels. I wanted hidden gems, newer creators, cozy channels, roleplay artists, soft-spoken voices and creators doing something a little different.

The point is simply to discover creators you might not encounter if you only follow the biggest ASMR channels.

What if the trigger isn't the sound?

What if it's the silence between the sounds?

I wanted to experiment with a slightly different kind of ASMR in my newest video.

Instead of filling every second with tapping, scratching, crinkling or other traditional ASMR triggers, I leave space between them.

You see an object.

A slow movement.

Maybe a small natural sound.

And then… silence.

That quiet moment of waiting can become a trigger of its own.

The Silence Trigger 🤫

Sometimes we're so used to constant stimulation that silence itself starts to feel surprisingly intense.

You know a sound might happen.

You are waiting for it.

But instead of immediately giving you another trigger, the video lets the silence continue.

And somehow, that anticipation can create its own tingles.

The triggers aren't really the trigger.

The silence in between is.

No unnecessary sounds.

No constant stimulation.

Just slow movements, natural sounds and plenty of quiet moments.
