It would be really nice if you fuckers would stop blaming people of using AI if something is even slightly cool or weird?!?
I understand it's a scary time, nobody wants to be tricked, and honestly it feels embarrassing when you are tricked. I understand that! But AI is becoming harder and harder to tell apart from the real thing. AI is trained on human art with zero consent from the creators, and because it's trained on that human art (including drawings/paintings, photos, textile patterns, video, etc), it's only going to get closer and closer to looking real.
What you're doing by going after every single thing that might maybe be AI is hurting actual artists. Instead of going around and attacking individual people in the hopes that you'll maybe shame an actual generative AI user, advocate for human made arts. Buy artwork from humans, support them. Stop trying to punish the abuser while ignoring and hurting the victim. It might feel hopeless at times, but it's certainly more productive then the equivalent of punching with your eyes closed in a crowded space and hoping you hit one certain person inside of a sea of hundreds.
I'm going to tell you a simple secret. People who use AI to trick you are not going to listen to you whine, rant, or even calmly explain it. They don't care. Most of them are grifting for money, sometimes just clout. People like that don't give a single shit. However, actual human artists who work for hours and hours on their pieces are more often then not caught in the cross fire.
Just stop, do better.
