The shock was wearing off as Ivy looked up at the man who was now in front of her. She glanced over at the strange machine and then back at him, “I’m alright...” She didn’t take his hand and stood up on her own. She gently brushed off any dirt that had gotten onto her dress, “W-What is that thing?” She hadn’t noticed the scratch on her arm from a tree root she had hit it against.
Never before had she seen anything like it. She knew there were all kinds of magic in the world, and she hadn’t seen it all. The man was also a bit peculiar. His clothing was unlike anything he had ever seen before. As she had discretely looked him over, she couldn’t help but realize how kind he looked. It wasn’t that credible to figure out how someone would be by their looks, but she just felt it.
