future saint is not an echo! well it borrows the appearance of one, but its something a lot more horrifying (in my opinion) its a "tainted" version, when they are corrupted by the game itself, especially its code and appearance, making it mindless, unable to have normal (human) intelligence, no-clips through things, can never really rest (or sleep) any kind of sound is distorted and overwhelming to them etc. ooohhh so edgy and sppooooky! no but seriously its just a bit of a simplication. it only happens on a slim chance that saint fucks their karma up somehow. poor thang.

none! since it isnt a 1 to 1 homestuck AU, it moreso borrows the concept of quadrants, god tiers, classpects, lands and the two moons but im gonna entertain you with bec noir five pebbles because its really funny

GOURMAND: uh

GOURMAND: very large! almost a thousand now. most folks that joins are loners or wanderers, or simply just lost and need a place to stay. sometimes they dont stay permanently. some come and go. but those that go dont affect the whole colony much. there is still structure within our colony. with the highest being chiefs and whatnot, but theres also officers who take care of the less important stuff. as long as theyre present. some new members are a bit spooked by how guarded the territory is. sometimes theyre even off put and feel too anxious to join such a big colony, thats okay! i sent them some resources so that theyll survive better. we seperate our spaces around the tree, with officers and their own sub groups, whilst still protecting it. i think its ........ huh?..... im rambling? oh! im so sorry about that..! the colony interests me so!

in short: it is a decently sized community and there isnt too ....many thatll join, but they still are there!

Why do you yet allow them to live, trapped as they are?

SAINT: yes. i am able to ascend. but i chose not to. it is every creatures freedom to live as they like. only spearmaster knows of my pilgrimage. we are all trapped to our nature and desires, yes, but it is also important to enlighten others and yourself with the joys of life. finding beauty in the simplest things. watching batflies. eating plants. i simply do things to keep everything and time itself stable. i do not have a savior complex. i do not "speak" for the voiceless. maybe all does not need to be saved. i only put things out of misery when it is a genuine suffering to live any further, such as terminal illnesses that cannot be rid of normally. and gets worse over time. that, im only doing. nothing else. what an intriguing question.

GOURMAND: if i had to pick one, that would be dificult.. i made a gilder using wings from a vulture with some light cloth that would let you glide down or fly if the winds strong enough.. but theres also a backpack thats made from a red lizards leather that i had to painstakingly get. and a binoculars from some molten sand, pressed into a circular shape, im not really sure how it works either, but it allowed me to see great far ahead. its a bit blurry, but it works!
