While forests are a common camping ground for travellers, they are often warned by locals of something called ‘forest children’. Children who had been killed and left to rot in the darkest, depths of the woods who carry out revenge on the adults who wronged them.

But that’s just gotta be a silly myth, right?

While most fairies tend to avoid anyone who isn’t of their kind, A foxperson known only as Flower seems to be the exception to that rule. Abandoned in the middle of nowhere as a young infant, a group of fairies found them and decided to raise them as they did not seem like they’d cause much trouble. They now serve as a protector to the fairies, as fairies are much, much smaller than them, and they can easily ward off any person who they view as an unwelcome visitor.
