while keeping things as vague as i can... there were people who were hurting them, and they kinda needed the officialness/authority of a government in order to be left alone. there was even a whole war over them wanting to live in peace, but don't worry! they managed to negotiate a diplomatic end to the conflict, and now they have the war-free lives they wanted from the start :D
but also yeah it's kinda for the aesthetic

anyway, to answer your question, i'm actually not quite sure how to describe l'manberg without saying anything about the members, privacy and all that. so i guess here are some fun facts: it's one of the very few nations on the server and gained independence fairly recently. their government consists of a president and a cabinet. the most obviously recognizable feature are the black and yellow protective walls that surround the land. their ideal is words over weapons.

How many people are part of it? A government makes it sound pretty big. I appreciate their ideal. I'm a pacifist, I don't like conflict, it's nice to hear that others share similar values.
