What are the pony versions of the Akatsuki are like, mod?
Hm. This is gonna be the least spoilery I can make it.
Deidara (Unicorn/pegasus mix): Full of rage and depression. Definitely has ADHD.
Sasori (Unicorn, modified himself with manticore parts): Instigator and master manipulator. He's a gremlin.
Obito (Kirin/unicorn mix): Anxious.
Itachi (Kirin/unicorn mix): Tired and has no idea what's going on
Kisame (Seapony/earth pony mix): He's just vibin.
Hidan (Unicorn/earth pony mix): The worst guy you'll ever meet. He only wishes he could create the level of chaos Sasori does.
Kakuzu (Earth Pony): Still greedy and in desperate need of a break from Hidan
Konan (Flutter pony/pegasus mix): Don't mistake her for the mom friend. She's done with every pony else.
Nagato/Pain (Unicorn): regrets every life choice so far
Madara (Kirin/unicorn mix): Forced the rest of them together and makes life a nightmare for all of them.

I have neither said nor implied that as far as I'm aware. You can comb the blog to see, there aren't many posts? Cause this is purely just an au so all I've ever said is these guys act and have different stories from the original. Definitely never my intention to imply this is an afterlife so if anything I said led to that idea: Nah I must have misspoke.
Tobi, you were supposed to be the last one of the Akatsuki to die, yet you're the third? And Deidara, you were supposed to die in battle against Sasuke and before Kisame died against the Hidden Leaf and Cloud Ninja, yet he's not here. How did you two die if things are different in your universes?
ooc: technically all of the Akatsuki are available for asks, but no one has asked them anything yet! Everyone is still alive! This blog is Deidara centric and he just mostly hangs out with these two so that's all we've seen
You three are different from the Deidara, Sasori, and Obito we know of from our dimension. Obito would wear a mask and call himself Tobi, Deidara would've been taken that compliment as an insult and say something like, "my art is better as an explosion", and Sasori, he'd hate to be late or be made waiting long.

Sorry the long hiatus! I've been struggling with a bad depression flare-up and it's been a struggle to do the things I like, but I made an effort to drag myself out of the pits this weekend.
I've already got a couple PNGs of Drako floating around I keep re-using so I'm not uploading every single face variant I made for this little comic. I promise I'm not trying to play favorites with Drako, I just love drama and he's very good at stirring it up.
Regarding that drama, my boy is just a bit ignorant, seeing as how his only interactions with mlm have been Jakotsu and Suzaku, both of whom were effeminate, deranged, predatory sadists. Thanks, Rumiko. Maybe someone can open his eyes up a little? Or maybe that someone will just be offended that Inuyasha doesn't see him as sadistically murderous enough.

I also really enjoyed drawing Jakotsu. I re-watched the whole Band of Seven arc, taking notes on all the crazy stuff he said to Inuyasha to pick out just the perfect line for the flashback. Thanks episode 119. I'm also especially proud of his cutie mark. It's a snake making a heart shape because he's supposed to represent the deadly sin of lust and his name means "snake skill" and his sword is supposed to mimic the movements of a snake. I even color-picked the teal from the leaf patterns on his yukata!
