{Lu-Anne}: …It’s true, though. I don’t know how a whole town can be haunted, but it is.

You can’t sleep a wink there half the time. And when you do, you just have nightmares. And then, on top of all of that, their prices for food are ridiculously high because nothing grows there easily.

That, and –you can laugh, but it’s true – if it’s quiet enough it sounds like a huge fire is going.

Believe me or not, it’s true.I try to stay there just for the delivery and bounce right after that’s done.

Ranwë: I met a lot of people on the road! One of my favorite interactions was with an elf from the Ocean Biome. Her name was Ashley and she makes an awesome bartender. Her husband is from the Nether and is in the process of moving his things, so I met her while helping him move some stuff. They have a nice little house set up on an island.

Do the brothers have any thoughts about why they might have arrived in Minecraftia of all places after being thrown into the Void?

Ránion: As for why Melkor picked Minecraftia.... We have no idea. He had power to create like the rest of the Ainur, so maybe the void had the untapped energy he needed to make a world of his own....Ranwë: But that doesn’t really make sense because it would make Notch Melkor and Herobrine is supposedly not Notch. Also, Melkor lost his power to create so he shouldn’t be able to make another universe....Plus the Void was not supposed to have any life in it....Ránion: ...As you might have guessed, this is a bit over our heads....

Eldasilquë: At first I was very scared- Ataryo told me Dragons are very dangerous. But this one made a silly face- so he has to be nice! He followed me back to Vorimandil’s house though. He almost got caught by Ataryo! Good thing that lake was nearby!

Is there a traditional elven genre of music in your society(ies)?

[Ranwë]: In Minecraftia music is used to regain the balance of nature and restore the land. The best way to explain is with an example; in the song for the sky, often the clouds that have become heavy will begin raining. The ocean songs will bring in and out the tides. The forest songs will turn the trees green. People are unaware how often they hear these songs. Any time you hear music from around or above it is most likely the elves singing to restore the land. The music usually lacks words, and is just vocalizations, so it would be instrumental- perhaps you could even consider it a soundtrack...

[Ranwë]: In Arda, songs were used often to tell stories or grant blessings. Many passings of great people have songs associated with them, be it a blessing or a story of their deeds. As such, they would fall into what I believe people here call “Folk” songs. Some songs have the same words but are sung differently from one person to the next...
