like imagine them pulling pranks on everyone in the institute. theyd vary a little in scope, michael would spread out each page of a long statement and leave them like an easter egg hunt for jon to find, little clues everywhere on sticky notes. helen would get right to the chase, making all the chair legs a little shorter, switching the sugar for salt, coating the door handles in oil. of course both of them are struggling to hold in their laughter the whole time, patting each other on the back.

imagine them gossiping with each other loudly around other avatars or in the institute. "did you hear the news on prentiss?" helen practically shouting as she side eyes everyone in ear shot. "word in the corridor is that shes planning her own wretched ritual!" michael whispering back in just as much volume. some of it is true, most of it isnt. sometimes they just bounce improvised lies off each other for fun in the same way. they still call it gossip.
