Four years ago my best friend introduced me to a webcomic called Homestuck. I’d heard about it before and tried to read it on my own, but for some reason that was the first time it had stuck. It pulled me in and kept me interested, introduced me to characters and people that I couldn’t let go of.

Without Homestuck, I would never have tried to run an ask blog. My art never would have improved as much as it has over the course of the many askblogs that i’ve had. (Perhaps some of you will remember some of them. I would link them but that’s not what this post is about.)

Without my ask blogs, I never would have created my AU group Pseudostuck, and I never would have met the best and closest friends that I have to this date. @zeakari, @buttonreport . I never would have met the amazing fandom and ask blog artists that I ended up interacting with. I daresay I never would have had the courage to talk to anyone or get close to anyone as I have over the past few years:

I’ve been going through hard times. I haven’t been able to do the things I enjoy. Drawing, writing, all of the creative things that I love haven’t been feeling good for me but I know that as bad as it can possibly get, I can always come back to you all. My lovely fandom. My wonderful, supportive followers. My amazing friends and fellow ask bloggers. I’m so glad to have been on this ride with you. I’m so glad that even if it had to end, at least it happened in the first place.

Tavros Nitram will forever and always be my precious son. And I will always have this ask blog.
