Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge (1991)

The addition of a Cool Pirate Coat to prove he’s not FULLY incompetent, plus a healthy dash of himbo energy. maybe too much? 8/10

The Curse of Monkey Island (1997)

I don’t hate it! The tragic loss of the himbo coat is noted though. 7/10

Escape from Monkey Island (2000)

what the fuck. 0/10

Tales of Monkey Island (2009)

a much more graceful transition into 3D!  i like his hair and his stylized proportions, and that it’s based off his Monkey 2 sprite but with more of a mischievous feel. the perfect amount of himbo energy. really good, 10/10
