Dance, to move rhythmically to music, typically following a set sequence of steps…hmmm I think I have seen ponies doing this. I am afraid I don’t know the steps… nor have I had an opportunity to try. May i ask what is the purpose of dancing?
The purpose of dancing is to have fun and to express yourself. And if you at skilled enough it can be a career path.
To express oneself... I see. Another aspect of pony life that I do not understand. To express one's emotions through art or poetry or song. I have read many of the poems in Twilight's collection, but I still do not understand. I have began to wonder if I lack the ability to "feel". I worry that I will never experience the joys of friendship, or be able to express myself in any way at all. Perhaps there is nothing to express.

Taken to Twilight's Laboratory by concerned and confused citizens of Ponyville, Twilight does some digging and discovers a spell which might revive this strange metal pony. But it appears, it wasn't quite right. Now this strange pony is functional once again, yet has lost much of his memory. Remembering only his name, "Gizmo".
