With an annoyed hiss, the roadie shook his hand dropping his cigarette to the ground. “Fucks sake.” He popped his fingers into his mouth with a grumble as Ophelia snorted at him. The brunette turned to peer at her boyfriend, arching a brow back at Eddie, amusement clear enough on her features as she walked over to take his hand in her own. The roadie readily relents, letting her look over his fingers.

“From the sulking alone, I can tell you’re fine.” She huffed lowly back, kissing his knuckles. She releases his hand after a moment to crush the fallen cigarette butt with the heel of her sneaker. “I told you to keep an eye on that.” 

“I was trying to make sure this map got all marked out.” The roadie grumbled back, dropping his gaze back to the map lain out across the hood of The Duece. Smudges of ink stain the edges from Eddie’s attempts to keep his writing relatively neat. “Doom land is a pain in the ass to map out.”
