Hey everyone, it’s Lexxi, the mod for this blog......

This marks the 4yr anniversary of this blog’s existence, an existence that you guys pushed for after Tiarawhy’s video game Button’s Milf Quest where I made my debut as the character. (Heh...still sexy and cheesy as hell after 4yrs..)

....I really dont know what to say....

I guess I should give you guys the behind the scenes history. One day in July of 2013 I was surfing Youtube for awesome animators in the fandom, and I came across Tiarawhy’s work. I knew (s)he did NSFW also, but I didn’t mind and went ahead and messaged them. (S)he got back to me asking if I could do a motherly voice and sound like the current Button’s Mom. I gave it a whirl and they liked it alot. I was finally given the rundown of what the voice was for, an NSFW flash game featuring BM (Elaina Mash) and Button. 

I was totally onboard, but then I was given the script.....I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time because of cheesy video game lines such as “I thought you hated the water temple?” and “Did you level up strength AND endurance?” I couldnt record ANY of the lines in 1 take because I kept laughing, so it took me longer than I expected! FINALLY I got the lines done and sent off to Tia (who im suuuuure was laughing too. =__=) 

I had a thought afterwards though. I’d recorded for projects many many times over the years, but this was my first NSFW thing. I needed another name to go by to sort of separate my Youtube identity from my NSFW one. 

Hence, LaLaLexxi was born. (Later named Lexxi Lovelli)  

When the game was finally released, I didn’t think it would have as much of the impact that it did. I was shocked. Even more shocked that viewers wanted an ask blog for this lewd version of Buttons Mom. I gave them what they wanted, and decided to make it a vocal ask blog (I’d previously done a VAB before with “Ask Jack and Dash”, but it wasnt popular.) This blog took off faster than Rainbow Dash when she learned she had to pay child support for Fluttershy’s kids. 

I had so much fun doing this blog and answering questions to the lovely mare. There were even some little youtube shorts with her in them by Tiarawhy, aaaaand the fantastic Mommylicious by Aye Jay. But eventually people wanted to know more about the voice behind the sexy horse mom. “Oh shit...” I thought, “...do I tell people who I am? They really want to keep up with my interests and personality....hm...oh wait! My name is Lexxi now! Lexxi can be my OC!” So I poofed away to Pony Creator and designed the Sexxi Lexxi. Her cutie mark being as luscious and sultry as the voices she provided. 

Ask LalaLexxi was now a thing (Remember this, guys?) 

My exact thoughts were “WHAT THE FUCK?” when Miss Lexxi became more popular than ABM. I got fan art and questions, and frankly I wasnt prepared for it all. My inbox went from 0-200 in a few days, and the number kept growing. I was nervous at first because, at the time, I was so worried about my actual identity being revealed (I mean, I was 21 and worried about my career!) But overtime, I loosened up about who I was, especially after taking a class with Richard Horvitz (voice of Invader Zim). I asked if it would ever be a problem down the road if I voiced in NSFW projects. His words were “Hey, it’s your job as a voice actor.” Then he gave me examples like Dan Green and Tara Strong doing lewd. That gave me the confidence. I wasn’t blatant about who I was, but if people asked I’d tell them or give them obvious hints about it. 

Over the years Lexxi and Buttons Mom’s blogs co-existed, and even had some crossover audios where they interacted. Lexxi was even later redesigned by the amazing Oblivion Fall in a pack of i forget how many poses. These vectors were later used on her new Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzE5j3Orp3WVVgDYZmHJqPA . Lexxi’s character became “Princess of Friends with Benefits”, giving advice about love, lust, and relationships.

There were a few rough patches when I wasnt able to record much,like during exam times in college, or like in Feb 2015 when I got hit by the Vegemite sickness and I was in and out of doctors and hospitals. Pff, that was 2yrs ago and I’m still effected to this day. None the less, you guys still supported me in everything I did (even if they were bad decisions that I eventually learned from.) 

So right now, in 2017, I found that I’ve completely had no time at all to manage content for 2 blogs at once. Moving to LA, looking for employment, looking for a place to live, and living out the dream I’d had since I was a kid; Becoming an official voiceover artist has taken 99.9% of my time (havent even had the time to keep up with the latest memes n shit!)

4yrs later, since 1 of the 2 blogs is more relevant than the other, after months of thought...I’ve decided to not produce more content for Ask Buttons Mom UNLESS her voice is needed for someone else.... We’ve had so many good times over the years. My favorite audios are all of the singing audios and obviously Peaches. I am not deleting the blog, don’t worry, the audios will always be available to listen to. 

Now PATREON PEOPLE. Some of you have supported me for a long time. You  giving what you thought was a minuscule amount, I still was grateful. However, if you were only a patron for ABM, you no longer have to be patrons for it. Most of my energy will now be focused on Ask LalaLexxi, which I still have some big plans for in the future when I become more established (and not homeless.)

...Thank you guys so much.....for everything. There are so many amazing people I’ve met stemming from Tia’s horse-fucking game, and I have no regrets. I just need to focus on bettering myself as a person, an actor, a friend, an adviser, a matchmaker, and a sexy bitch~ (Literally trying not to cry while typing this.)
