Just noticed that someone misspelled Plugsy as "Pugsly" in an ask (the first "make Kirby laugh" one)

So... as a lamp, Plugsy's ability is just lighting up... but modern beings' abilities are "cooler" than older ones'? How would lighting up be made "cool"? (This isn't a criticism, I'm genuinely curious)
