I don't know how tall I am, but I'm the same size as maybe... A Ponyta!
My current size and appearance is that of a teenage boy with white hair, and my clothes look similar to the individual of the ancient past of Hisui who was obsessed with my Father... Volo.
Do legendaries actually want to be worshipped?
I haven't thought about the idea of people worshipped me... Nah, I'm still too young to think about this question. Sorry!
I now know how to answer this question. Depends on each different legendary and mythical Pokemon. The Humans that worshipped the Pokemon may give their Guardians gifts, trinkets, or in other circumstances... live people or Pokemon to be sacrificed. But for the Pokemon who's being worshipped and praised upon... they will protect, and provide the people and Pokemon who worshipped them, and only the worthy and sacred ones are able to communicate with them.
So an arceus without trauma then
"Trauma? What's trauma?" Arc hasn't experience any "Trauma" yet.

In the realm of Arc the Arceus... One year has already passed... Arc has been training hard with his powers to the point of achieving something new.
"Well... I guess it'd time for a change and grow up now." Arc closed both his eyes. He was slowly engulfed in a bright light as his body begins to change. after a minute or so seconds later.... The bright light slowly disappears as Arc reveals his new form.
Hoopa seems to have accidentally made a portal to the universe of this arceus
"wow... What are you... Hoopa feels like you're familiar somehow... But hoopa never seen someone like you before"
The hoopa seems confused at what they are looking at
