{{ Theothernanase has found the Ocean }}
海— "Excuse me, you there--!" There came a rather rare and equally clumsy stumble from Ocean as he strode out from his waves as if it was the most normal thing in the world, figure in a vaguely misted, yet obviously transparent state. Releasing a grumble that had quite literally bubbled in his throat he reached beneath the low waves to grab up the fishing net he'd been attempting to drag ashore, before finally turning back to the stranger, "If you are at all free for a moment I'd really appreciate a little help!"
Of course, he could handle a fishing net. What he couldn't handle was untangling his poor creatures that managed to get stuck inside them. While he may be rather dexterous, there's only a certain amount of pressure even he can stand before his water parts. When attempting to yank at ropes though, that pressure is easily surpassed.

What would your character's WAR CRY be? My character will rate how effective they think it would be.
1= I’ve heard kittens roar more viciously 10= You could take on an army with that one!
My muse has been kidnapped for experimental 'research.' After months of searching, yours has finally found mine. How does your muse react to the condition mine is in?
Put a ♪ in my ask box and I'll put my playlist on shuffle and make you a starter based on the next song that plays
"Ah, you’ve something I ought to be given, have you? Then please, do give unto me the good of your offering."
海—  "Yes! Well you see--" Ocean dipped beneath the slow crashing waves for just a few moments before popping his head back above his own surface as it lapped in it's more delicate little bumps about his shoulders while wave drew away and smoothed out, "I hadn't thought people would still do such a thing in this day and age, but it looks like you all still do that strange plant-giving thing."
Their came a soft splash next, as those glistening, clear arms raised themselves above the lapping, holding in their grip a glass fishbowl, the curved base of glass layered in seaweed, blue, and pink anemones swaying slowly in it's center, accompanied with a single piece of coral, "I thought you might like this-- On that basis." He shrank back a couple of inches into the water, though with bowl still held high enough to be taken if Kain had so wished to. The reason for this, was the growing nerves in the pit of Ocean's none-existent stomach, those eyes in their clouded shades of sea-green watching cautiously for a response. He hadn't wished to insult his friend if he had managed to misunderstand another human tradition, after all.

Ocean ♥ on We Heart It.
{{ Rei has found the Ocean }}
Rei had been walking on a the beach shore line for awhile now. He was taking in the fresh ocean breeze and tranquility of the moment. It was something that helped him clear his mind and have a focus point. A big swim meet was coming up and he had to prepare, but between that and midterms around the corner, he was really exhausted and well rather stressed. So, this was the best way he knew he could try and relax. He had his jammers on, just in case he went out a little bit, into the water, but he hadn’t made the move yet. The cool breeze and slight waves crashing was enough for right now.
Though, he wasn’t expecting someone to be near him, he thought for sure he was alone at this point, but when he heard a voice calling out, and noticing the wave from the other, he blinked a bit. It wasn’t like he could really see well enough…wait— what was that? A really realistic costume? Or? Ah, Rei always thinking logically, "Thank you, for the warning…" With a slide glance towards the south end, he could tell what the mysterious person was warning him about and looked back, "I didn’t get your name…I want to thank you more properly…" Yeah, this felt awkward.
海— The given thanks left Ocean to let out a small laugh, shaking his head ever so slightly, "Please, it's fine." He'd stated as he hopped off his rock a little way off the shoreline, only to somehow immediately resurface at the edge of the shore itself, or more accurately, to reform beneath the small waves. "I'm Ocean." He'd introduced himself with a smile, a single crystal clear hand of water stretching forwards, somehow managing to hold it's shape solid-- It was incredibly rare for him to show up in front of a human, though every few hundred years he did get a little bored of just floating around.
"If you're wanting to walk a while longer I'd be glad to slow the tide down for you just this once." Obviously he was in a very good mood today, and yet he seemed to have entirely forgotten about the fact that in greeting humans he was more often than not bombarded with questions, after all, humans were creatures of the land who knew very little about his waters. That said though, he was just as clueless about humans as they were about him, aside from the basics. For example, he'd found the other's glasses quite odd to look at, though he'd kept that to himself-- Humans always seemed to be a little odd in his opinion.
{{ Valentin has found the ocean }}
『♙』 —- Musing over the others words a bit Valentin couldn’t help but feel bad for the turtle who had gotten stuck. Nodding he finally answered the Ocean’s request, “Sure, I’m glad I can help.” he stated before letting out a soft laugh, “You don’t have to pay me back in any way, I’m just glad to help.” he stated before tilting his head. He was still intrigued as of who or what exactly was standing in front of him, however he felt as if questioning now would seem rude. With a uncertain smile the brunette slowly began walking towards the direction the aquatic being had showed him.
Tapping his foot a bit on the ground he couldn’t help but hum a randome tune that made it’s way onto his mind. It was the thing he always did when he was nervous, and now that he thought about it he was indeed quite nervous. His body temperature was more than just warm and it worried him if it would hurt the Turtle, after all it was a water creature, so probably not used to hot temperatures. Trying to shake his head he turned around to look at the other with a forced smile, “May I ask how big the turtle is, though?” he asked, trying to bring other things to his mind.
海— Smile growing over his features slightly when Valentin showed both word and intent to assist, moving himself forwards in a quick little jog until he was just a couple of steps ahead, "Well she's not exactly small." He'd explained, moving hands wider than his own figure to show Valentin the size, "Her shoulders are about this wide. She's a big old leatherback, she shouldn't really be here but when you've got a bag wrapped round your head it's kind of hard to know where you're swimming."
Explanation given he'd turned to continue leading the way along the sand, still dripping occasionally as he went, though soon enough the large piece of driftwood came into sight and with it a flipped leatherback, actually a few inches wider than Ocean had stated. When Ocean ran off ahead though, the leatherbacks flippers started to struggle in the air until the male had turned her right-side up. Lifting head then, a few almost tube-like strands of 'hair' falling round his shoulders, Ocean had waved the man over, "You can come, she won't panic since I'm here."
He really had been thankful for the man's offer to help, and so even with previous offers to pay him back turned down, Ocean had still run through possible payments in his own mind, while hands lowered to stroke across the turtle's shell, or at least the fittingly leathery hard skin covering her carapace. As he did though, his mass had ever so slowly begun decrease, as with his touch he'd seemed to be letting himself pour in soft trickles of water across the turtle's back, it's head still tangled and trapped in the opening of the trash bag, said bag tangled and caught up beneath the large driftwood piece. Maybe pearls, he'd wondered, humans seemed to like those. Or perhaps he'd like something specific from his waters?
海— While he hadn’t heard of such a species before, he gave a small nod to show he was at least listening. The next question took him a little off guard though, resulting in an arched brow, “I’m all of them.”
He shrugged. That was kind of weird, but he was used to seeing some powerful creatures in and out of the shop. “All right, Ocean. Are you here to see the Count? Is something wrong?”
海— "Recently a species I'm particularly fond of seems to have died out... I heard a human talking of how this Count could get his hands on even the most rare of animals.." He shrugged slightly then, it was certainly odd enough to have come here, yet alone to be trying to act like a human, but he felt it necessary if he was going to fix his little issue, "I was just wondering if he perhaps knew of a male and female in captivity that I could purchase."

ask-the-ocean started following you
 The totetsu stared at the creature. “What’re you?” he asked a little too bluntly.
海— He glanced down at himself as if it should be obvious from the fact he seemed to be made up entirely of water, before looking back to the odd animal, “I’m Ocean. What about you?”
"I’m a totetsu." He didn’t look away. He was used to peculiar creatures, but most were animalistic, not elemental. "Which ocean are you?"
海— While he hadn't heard of such a species before, he gave a small nod to show he was at least listening. The next question took him a little off guard though, resulting in an arched brow, "I'm all of them."
