Demons have been disappearing in the area lately… yet No Demonslayers have reported anything out of the ordinary… until now. A Crow from a scouting party comes to Kagaya

The Lycan in question was on a tree limb, with her guitar, singing a beautiful tune. She was in Okami form… but its rather obvious that the girl was the Lycan. What kind of human has Wolf Ears and A big fluffy tail to boot?

Kyoujuro smelled the girl way before he heard her. He was deaf in one ear and rather hard of hearing in the other, so it took him a few moments to hear the words of the unique song, but the smell of apple pie made the man's flaming eyes light up immediately as he changed direction to head towards it. After a little while, he spotted the rather odd-looking individual (he had never seen a Lycan before) sitting up in the tree, stopping at the foot of it and crossing his arms as he smiled up at her and listened. "Is that song a true story?" he asked loudly.

“Why Yes Sir it is! Just happened last night actually! About Fifty Meters to my Left! The Ash and the Ice should still be on the ground! HAHA!”

"That is impressive!" The man studied her quickly as he stood there, taking in each feature and detail within seconds as he usually did. He wasn't aware she couldn't see him, nor that she could flee if she realized who (or rather, what) he was. "Thank you for the offer, but I must decline! I am on an assignment!" Perhaps he should have payed a little more attention to what he had been told by crow about this girl. He immediately went for the blunt, honest answer. "My name is Kyoujuro Renogku, I was sent by the Demon Slayer Corps!" he explained in that same loud, boisterous tone. "I have come here in search of a demon-eating creature! It seems that would be you, yes?"

Kazi immediently froze in fear, lifting her tail and realizing this isn’t any ordinary Demonslayer but a full blown Hashira.

Kyoujuro's eyes widened slightly as the female spontaneously leaped down, backing up with that ever-present grin when she transformed into an oddly beautiful-looking beast. The man blinks in mild surprise when she ran off, momentarily unsure as to what had happened. He frowned when the crow began laughing at him, the pieces clicking together as he glared at the bird. "That is quite rude," he said rather harshly, before looking away, focusing on the dwindling shape of the massive wolf, and taking a deep breath. Despite the size and speed of the creature, he would be able to catch up to her rather easily if he controlled his breathing properly. The man inhaled deeply, put a smile back on his face, and took off after her. It didn't take him long to end up running a little ways behind her. "Excuse me, miss!" he called out, waving one hand. "I have no desire to harm you, only to find you!"

Kazi realizes that Kyojuro. A Human. Is Catching up to her seemingly with ease.

He laughs. "I am a hashira! it is only natural that I-" He cut himself off when the woman collided face-first with the tree. The Flame Hashira immediately skidded to a stop, kicking up a hearty cloud of dust, before jogging towards her and leaning over her canine head with a smile. "That was quite the rough impact! Are you alright?"

Kazi whines softly as she turns back into her usual Okami Form. The tree fell away from the two, Showing how hard She Actually impacted… besides the fang marks.

Rengoku calmly watched the tree fall, eyes sparkling with impression as he turned and offered a hand to the odd-looking girl to help her up, grinning. “Take it easy! You seem dazed, take a few deep breaths. It will help.” Once she was on her feet, the Hashira didn’t hesitate to step forward and hold onto both her forearms gently, helping to keep her upright if she needed it. ”As for me and my fellow Hashira, the master has taken a special interest in you!” he loudly declared, a little too loudly since he was right in front of Kazi now. “My orders were to find you and take you to meet him! It is quite an honor for the master himself to want to speak to you in person, you know.”

Kazi grabs onto his shoulder to stabilize herself. For a small thing she has a STRONG grip. She maybe Rengoku’s height but she is small muscle and fatwise. This girl doesn’t eat much… normal for someone who’s lived in the wild her whole life.

“If I didn’t know any better, I probably would have mistaken you for one! You are certainly unique indeed!” His grin was warm and kind, fiery eyes looking over her a little more closely, not that he was so near to her. He took a mental note of how strong her grip strength is - her fingertips pressed through the layers of fabric covering his shoulder and almost bore into his skin. Any tighter, and his flesh might have bruised.

“Well its clear that you ‘Captured’ me so as your captive… I suppose I’m at your command now.”

”My captive? I do not consider you as much! You are a potential ally until proven otherwise.” The added “proven otherwise” almost seemed like some kind of threat, but coming out of the mouth of a man as radiant and warm as Rengoku, it became hard to tell if he actually meant it. It was hard to picture him threatening anyone. As she explained to him a portion of her past, Rengoku listened, his intense eyes focused on her while she spoke. Towards the end, one part caught his attention. ”You say a demon took you as an infant? And you weren’t eaten?” The Flame Hashira released a hearty belly laugh. ”That is certainly lucky, isn’t it!”

“Yes! Its true! I believed the wolves took me before he got a chance.”

”How interesting!” Rengoku looked over her scar with a soft smile, clearly able to tell that the healed wound had come from canine teeth. “I’ve never heard of wolves doing such a thing! You were a very lucky child.” He offered her a small chuckle, able to somewhat tell she was warming up. Her body language had loosened a little, and she was speaking easier. That was good! ”Care to tell me more on our way to my master’s manor, then?” he asked, deciding to take the opportunity to learn more about this girl. He was curious, after all!

Despite the size and speed of the creature, he would be able to catch up to her rather easily if he controlled his breathing properly. The man inhaled deeply, put a smile back on his face, and took off after her. It didn't take him long to end up running a little ways behind her. "Excuse me, miss!" he called out, waving one hand. "I have no desire to harm you, only to find you!"
