Hey! We've been doing well! Quarantine has just revived my old interest in Be More Chill, and the two of us haven't stopped loving these characters, though they've changed significantly in...what, 3 years? Wild.

“These characters mean a lot to us,” Squeak, the one who played off and came up with most of Soft’s personality, says.

“We can’t thank you enough for sticking with us through the story that enivitably had to end on a cliff hanger because our lives just got too hectic,” Starry, the designer of all the characters above, who gave Cecil and Virus their personalities, adds.

The story was going to continue with Virus coming back but as a seperate character than Cecil, so the three could really get to know eachother. Virus going back to that nice, goofy self of his after a few apologies, Soft warming up to Cecil and becoming friends with him. The rest of the story was going to be driven by you guys.

These characters wont be gone forever, though, but will appear in our comic, The Hospital. And while some of them may be slightly altered, we will sprinkle in some easter eggs with these characters throughout the comic for those who knew of this ask blog. We hope you stay with us through our next project too!

Are you guys gonna just leave this blog at that? If so, can you tell us what you guys were planning to do with the plot?

Ah yes, we are probably going to end up leaving this blog on that, I am sorry. But if we were to continue, Cecil and Soft would have ended up talking about what happened, Cecil would have repaired Soft's code for him, and Soft would have apologized for everything eventually. Later on down the line, if you guys were to suggest it, we would have brought back Virus as just a character that would stay. We would have opened up to do M!As and the like.Its kinda sad thinking that that’s never going to happen, but we just aren’t into Be more chill anymore- and we’re taking a very different route with these characters nowadays hahaBut we are planning on making a new ask blog for the modern version of all of the characters on this blog (and more) thats completely original- hopefully we’ll start when school lets out- so if anyone is interested in that we’ll link to that blog on here once we get started!- Mod Squeak
