"Oh, for flameo's sake—right, so. A few months ago, during the eve of my bachelor party, a few friends and I decided to paint the town. It ended in us getting a little plastered. Just a little."

"I don't remember much from that night, but from what Bolin told me, Varrick fenced a bartender on top of the bar, and accidentally cut down a chandelier in the process. Most notably, however, Bolin and I became determined to free the zoo animals at the Republic City Zoo. Together, he and I conducted a jailbreak for one very fortunate sheep-goat."

"Again, I hardly remember this, but Bolin swears I mistook the sheep-goat for some lost member of the Earth Kingdom noble line. I knighted her. The sheep-goat. A dame (the noble title) and protector of the realm. Isn't that just swell."

"Evidently we couldn't leave a knight in such unsightly quarters, so we brought her back to Bolin's apartment. Next thing we know, Bolin and I are waking up in the living room to the sound of some rather angry bleating. The dame herself locked the door? Somehow?"

"We called Mako for rescue, and thankfully all was eventually well. We returned the noble sheep-goat home with plenty of money for the trouble. Of course, Mako wasn't particularly happy to be called at the end of a night shift at the precinct for sheep-goat related shenanigans, but that is the tale in its entirety."

Mako: "You're lucky I picked up the phone in time the next morning."

Wu: "You're right, you're right. It could have been worse."

Wu: "Huh! I never really thought about it. We did actually meet once, but it was pretty brief and we didn't actually say much to each other."

Mako: “I think before, when Bolin and I were with our parents, you would’ve confused the hell out of me but I was quiet and liked when other people did the talking. I could’ve protected you from bullies. So... yes. I say yes.”
