To be very honest, i was seriously thinking about shutting this blog forever, but well... The reason i didn't delete this blog yet because... Yeah, it's very precious. That time, friends I made here. I can't leave it all being forgotten. I was 17-18 years old when i made this blog? Wow. It's been almost 5 years. I feel like a oldhag looking this blog lol! I can't promise that i'll be such an active blog, like my others, but If i ever revive this... I feel like it's going to be fun anyway.

It's not like I was dead on eltag btw, i'm keeping another elsh*t askblog asides from this one :D lmao

So I’ve been seeing this a lot lately and it’s starting to piss me off big time. It’s even got someone deleting their blog because of it. What’s this abhorrent thing I speak of?

Simply put, others telling people what they can and can’t post and ignoring the pre-established rules of their blog. You’ve all seen it: blogs with AUs that don’t fit canon, blogs with their own headcanons to accent existing canon, blogs with multiple characters who canonically can’t meet. And every time, they try doing something different, only for them to get shot down and degraded faster than a level 10 Aisha staring down the barrel of a maxed Head Shot.

Here’s the question: WHAT THE FUCK DOES IT MATTER? They’re doing something different and something they think is fun, and by effectively saying “you can’t do this” you’re saying that they can’t just have fun doing what everyone else does, all because it’s something different. Look at my blog: I have three Adds, at different points of the Elsword timeline, and all of them are able to meet. Have I gotten yelled at for that? Nope. But heaven forbid anyone establishes a set cast on their blog; they get burned at the stake for not including someone.

What we post is our choice. Nowhere does it say that we have to abide by a strict format on our blogs, and nowhere does it say we have to listen when someone says we can’t post something. We don’t run these blogs as a job, we run them for fun. If you don’t like what happens, there’s a lovely little unfollow button. Don’t attack the ones running the blogs for posting what they want, it just makes you look like an ass.
