Not hating on weyler but this is the most logical explanation I could have for Wednesday "I hate love" Addams when she kissed him. She was completely out of her element during Tyler's insistent love bombing. Everyone around her kept on pushing her to Tyler too thus making her do the bold move of kissing him fully on the lips.

This is the time where she started listening to everyone and it is her first time doing that, her being overwhelmed and being peer pressured is not an impossible scenario. I wouldn't even say she liked him. She probably doesn't know what it feels like to like someone romantically.

Her friendship is still shaky with Enid at this time so she doesn't have any clear understanding of friendship and romance yet. She was just intrigued and experimented. We're talking about Wednesday here, the same girl who will not hesitate to experiment on things she doesn't understand.

Tyler wasn't in love with her nor does he like her. He was under the control of Laurel here and Wednesday is literally Laurel's target thus using Tyler to lure Wednesday and making her drop her guard. All he did was full on manipulation. This is proven when he narcissistically asked Wednesday "How does it feel to lose?". He's treating everything as a game and Wednesday is his plaything. Wednesday was positively distraught when he said that probably thinking she got fooled big time.
