Intro

Hi, I’m Ash.

I’m here, I guess. My user used to be avengemrwilde. My icon is the painting Two Rats by Vincent Van Gogh. This is just a collection of my thoughts honestly. Sometimes I may post bad art. I used to draw a lot, but I got disillusioned so I stopped. Now I’m trying to get back to drawing, one disproportionate human at a time. I do really like interacting with people in the same fandoms I am or who have similar interests. Feel free to send me asks! If I get doodle requests, I’ll draw some of them (only fandoms I’m in). I just thought of an interesting concept for a fandom i’m deliberately now interacting with due to toxicity, fandom controversy, and (valid) creator controversy The worst part is that I like the media, but the creator controversy was the last straw. I do believe in separating the art from the artist (to an extent because ideals bleed into creations, etc.), but with the grossly toxic fanbase I don’t wanna be associated with that.

I finally got around to listening to In Trousers and I’m intrigued and confused. I took some notes and made a questionable Marvin sketch.

I will definitely be relistening and doing more research and annotation. To think this started with a crappy extra credit assignment at 3 am where I called him Martin to now me listening and analyzing (or trying to) a strange one act musical is amusing to me.

Funnily enough, the only reason the “florida man” exists is that Florida requires law enforcement to make any arrest made into a report that can be accessed by the public within 24 hours of the arrest taking place.
