Tired, but I have goals

Love is a CHOICE. That’s why God loves us and he lets us CHOOSE to love Him back. He doesn’t beg or force us to acknowledge or choose Him. God loves us but doesn’t need us. He loves us but doesn’t require us to love Him or to be complete Bc He is Who He Is. And that’s a model everyone should have. It is to CHOOSE to love someone. To choose them in their MESSINESS. To choose them at their worse. To CHOOSE them when they’re happy and joyful and bring more joy and life to them. To CHOOSE them every single day and not give up, to constantly try and conquer and not fail them. Once I learned that I don’t NEED love, but to only love God and myself, I was able to let GOD love me and let others love me knowing they don’t HAVE to but WANT to. And isn’t that the greatest feeling ever? Knowing someone WANTS YOU? Yeah…..

I cannot stress enough how important it is to speak up for yourself when someone is crossing your boundaries or dismissing your feelings. You are your biggest advocate. No one else can read your mind or feels what you feel.
